Lensmatic Optical

Went last night to get my partner's frame fixed. We had got the glasses there previously, and I was hoping that they could help me out. Not only did the store associate remember my last name, but they switched out the lenses into the same frame but a different colour on the spot (after making sure I was okay with this). They did this at no charge. I have always had fantastic customer service from Lensmatic, and yesterday was no exception. We will be going there for all our optical needs!

Absolute trash. I went in to get my free eye exam (I'm diabetic), and they tried for 40 minutes to try and find a way to charge me. The staff was incredibly rude and frankly just didn't care. After proving I was diabetic in many different ways, I finally got in to get my eye exam. The atmosphere was terrible and I didn't feel the doctor was engaged or even cared. A few months later I went to get some glasses at a different store since I could finally afford some. After getting my new glasses in it turns out Lensmatic gave me THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION!! I spent a lot on my new glasses and lenses. When I phoned Lensmatic to get in for another eye exam since they messed up my first once I was told I was going to have to pay since it was so long after my eye appointment. They told me the doctor should have told me the length of the warranty"

I needed an “emergency” glasses because I broke my back up glasses. Lensmatic Optical had my new glasses ready in less than an hour!I’ve been their loyal customer since 2013 & will recommend to everyone! they have plenty of frames selection. Very budget friendly too!

Lensmatic Optical is probably the best optometrist store I have come across in Saskatoon. The prices of regular and designer frames are also quite affordable with prescription lenses. The lead times for prescription glasses delivery are also pretty fast. The store has a wide variety of glasses and frames. The staffs are helpful, super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, and the owner is extremely hospitable.

Wanted to try some sunglasses on, they’re all locked up and no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help.

10/10 i went in with a popped lens and crooked sides and it was fixed in less time than it took for my song in my headphones to finish and didn’t cost me a dime

Broke my glasses beyond repair. Took them in and we found the same frame. The gentleman replaced them at no charge even though my year warranty ran out in March. Great customer service.

The best optical in the city! I had issues with my frame and they are really nice to accommodate my needs. They replaced my defective frame without charging me or anything. Shout out to Mohammed (the guy who was on duty when i bought my frame and lenses, Muhammad Zulfigar ( who replaced my frame) and Sunny. You guys are awesome!! Definitely i will buy here again. I've always went to Walmart for my glasses but this place was recommended by my aunt a while back. The people there had good service, was very friendly and has fast service! I have a high prescription but it only took 2 days for my glasses to be ready compared to Walmart which always took 10 business days. The way they dealt with insurance took less than a few minutes. This place also offers walk-in and try to fit you in even if there are other people set with appointments. The eye appointment cost $80 while Walmart charges $95.
