Connie Giacomuzzi, Joe and the entire Team!We had our porch rebuilt, our driveway, sides of house and backyard done by this company going on our second year now. I have also reviewed them on HomeStars. It is very simple....if you want the very best (oh yes there are so many companies out there these days promising the stars and the moon at a discount price) in pattern concrete work, call Connie! If you want A+ customer service start to finish, call Connie! If you never want to worry about the work done years later, call Connie! Do not count your pennies here, they are a bit costly but they are worth every single dollar spent. I have neighbours who come to stand in front of our home just to admire the amazing work that has been done. Each year, once winter is behind us Connie sends a team over to look at the concrete and ensure its integrity. If I have a question, she is on my speed dial and responds quickly and honestly. The owner, Joe, there are no words. He treated our home as if it were his own and came to do a private visit before a shovel even touched the ground. It was as if we were the only customers he had. Joe, Connie, you have in us customers for life.

One of their drivers nearly ran me off the road coming out of a Tim Hortons. There were plenty of other paths he could have taken, but instead he blatantly and aggressively cut me off and nearly caused me to crash.

We had our front porch, walkway and back patio done by patterned concrete this spring.The Patterned concrete team was amazing! They were so efficient and organized. We also appreciated being kept in the know regarding the different phases of the project. Connie was fantastic and saw the project through from start to finish!The finished product is wonderful, and we look forward to enjoying it.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!We had our full driveway done along with some extra work in our backyard. The end result was spectacular. Our house has taken on a new refreshing look and has added tremendous value to our home. We had our new driveway heated and it’s just amazing that I no longer need my shovel. From start to end, Connie took care of all details and has never let me down. All in all, the experience was an amazing one; her team transformed the exterior of my home into the House of My Dreams. Not inexpensive - but it is well worth the money at the end of the day. We continue to return to Patterned Concrete for all our paving needs. We first used them over 20 years ago and now they returned to do a resurfacing. It looks brand new. They took the time to match the colour and fill in the few areas that needed some fixing. Great, friendly service by everyone we deal with.

To clarify and in all fairness, this review is not based on their services but on their professionalism as construction company.My neighbour hired PC last year to construct their backyard with a pool. The entire construction delay based on the original schedule my neighbor shared with us. I only saw them show up on wed and occasionally Fri/sat. In brief I do not see them working daily but once they arrived they do have a lot of actions.In order to access my neighbor’s backyard they had to access the side yard which is essentially my side yard since there is no delineation between property lines. They of course went back and forth using our side and made a mess. Ok we understand. To be a good neighbour we let them use it since our neighbour promised that they will replace the lawn as a result of any damage. What trigged my anger was the actions of taking over our private property. They would park on the street and roll their equipment and material through our driveway. Not only they do not keep their own access within construction boundary, they also started staging in my front lawn. Material and equipment such as rebars piled up. When I asked them to remove it as my son runs around they were not apologetic but instead gave me attitude. Moreover, they would park their large cement truck right in front of our driveway between 7-10am which is the time when we had to drive our son to school and drive to work. We had to ask them to move which was so painful for months.Throughout the entire construction duration, we basically had to constantly monitor them to make sure they don’t damage anything and stay within their range.This year, they returned and ran their pool pump in the middle of the night which generate constant loud noise for 24/7. There are many pools in our neighborhood including a pool just right across our backyard and right next to them as well. None of them posted this problem. I have seen them running their pump a few hours during the day but that’s it. Never heard of 24/7 loud noise. So I searched it up online, I believe the reason is related to cheap pump plus cheap cost.Regardless, overall I do not have any good thing to say about them. And would never consider or recommend them to others. The people that I interacted with did not show any professionalism.I rarely post any review but I feel strongly to share my experience as professionalism also counts as part of an evaluation.

Impeccable quality in both product and workmanship. From the owner Joe to his assistant Connie to everyone who works with them, I am grateful. They were hardworking perfectionists who made mydream front landscaping a reality. We have a stamped concrete apron at the top of the driveway and stamped front courtyard surrounded by a stately stone wall. Numerous matching stone columns line the road. Joe’s recommendations for electricaland irrigation were equally impressive.Every aspect of the project was done with incredible professionalism. I would hire them again with no reservation. They earned a perfect score.

It is my pleasure to write this review.The quality of work done was top notch. The workers were conscientious about following the product specifications.The most impressive element was the preparation. It was amazing of the amount of wooden framework that had to be constructed. Tons of wood. This had to be done before installing the glycol heating system, then pouring of the raw concrete and colouring.The workmen were always courteous, respectful and professional. Their pride in their work was evident.It was obvious that Joe’s and Connie’s knowledge and experience in all aspects of the project. They were closely involved from start to finish. Familiarity with building codes and dealing with City Hall facilitated a smooth and hassle free process.There was a clear breakdown of costs for each facet of the project.In closing, I am very pleased with the final product, and after 1 winter there are no cracks in the concrete. This past winter there was no need for any snow clearing activities. It all melted away . What a relief !!!
