Brentlawn Towers

I really enjoyed living at Brentlawn Towers. Great location and very well kept building. I always felt very safe in this building. The underground parking is spotless and well lit. Any concerns I had were quickly resolved. Joe and Konnie were a pleasure to deal with. What I loved most about my unit was the floor to ceiling windows, made for a very bright unit.

I have lived in Brentlawn Towers for almost six years now, and I find it to be a great place to live. The building managers Konnie and Joe are always very helpful and professional.

Great Place to rent in Burnaby ! I lived with my family in Brentlawn towers for almost 4 years and we thoroughly enjoyed living there. Joe, the building manager, was friendly and helpful with any issues in the suite.We moved in when our daughter was 6 months old. It was a great place for her to grow with kids park nearby, a quiet place for evening walks and access to daycares. I continue to recommend this place to friends who need to rent in the area. This place has it all, a central location, various size units with high ceiling windows, big balconies and wonderful building managers. Connie and Joe are exceptional, kind, and have always been helpful to sort out any of the maintenance issues we have had over last 7 years we spent here so far. We warmly recommend Brentlawn Towers to everyone who is looking for rental units in this area.

My wife and I had the pleasure of living in Brentlawn Towers for two years, and we loved everything about the building and its management. The location was fantastic, and the view from our unit was simply stunning. We only moved out because we bought our own home.One of the best things about Brentlawn Towers was the management team, especially Konnie and Joe. They were always available to help us out and responded to our requests in a timely manner. We felt that they truly cared about the well-being of all the residents.Another great feature of the building was the maintenance and support services. If we ever had any issues with our unit, like a malfunctioning appliance or a leak, we just had to fill out a form, and someone would come to fix it in no time.Overall, we would highly recommend Brentlawn Towers to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to live. We had a wonderful experience there, and we're sure that others will too.

We lived there for 6yrs and its was the first home my little kids had ever known. The building I hear is old possibly from the '70s. My coworker actually lived there in the '80s. But don't be fooled, it might be old but this is one of the best buildings I've been in. I have seen other 30-40yrs old buildings and those don't compare to Brentlawn towers. The place is very well maintained. Our unit is a 2 bedroom and there are lots of space. One great thing about the building is its concrete built!!! So its like we have our own private space there because we don't hear our neighbors and a family with kids thats a huge bonus. Building managers Joe and Konnie are just amazing people. They act fast to resolve problems within the unit and tries to help as best they can. Our experience there at Brentlawn towers has been amazing. Yes, I definitely would recommend this place.

These towers are one of the original high rise apartments in this area. Built in 1978, the concrete building is solid, good underground parking facility, and well maintained. Unlike the wooden buildings, you will sleep in peace and you won't hear footsteps over your head. There is a well maintained swimming pool open in the summer months. The managers, Joe and Connie, are a great duo. We have known them for years and they have always been kind and helpful. We've been living here for the past twenty two years so there must have been something good to keep us staying here.

My wife and I lived very happily at Brentlawn Towers for over 7 years. Of all the places I’ve rented Brentlawn is by far the best. This is in no small part due to the wonderful resident managers, Joe and Konnie. The managers are friendly and professional, and made sure to deal with any issues promptly. Actually, we never had many problems or issues as the buildings are maintained to a very high standard.The location is great, close to Sky Train and shopping. The walls between apartments are concrete, so the building is quiet. The hallways, garage and other common areas are kept clean and well lit. We only moved out in order to relocate and take care of an ailing relative, we would happily rent at Brentlawn Towers again if we were to return to Burnaby.

I have lived here at Brentlawn towers for 9 years now and I loved it! This place has it all. I must say the location is perfect. It is in a beautiful quiet and peaceful neighborhood and is also close to public transits, stores, restaurants and many more amenities. Being close to The Amazing Brentwood is a plus indeed. Brentlawn Towers has various size units with high ceiling windows, large balconies which is my favorite. I love plants and flowers which I have and I have them all out in my balconies which is really enjoyable! The property managers Jo and Konnie are exceptional, friendly and are very helpful. Anytime I submit a maintenance request or call for help I have a prompt response. I consider them both the best property managers I have ever encountered by far since I started renting places. I do highly recommend Brentlawn Towers for those who maybe looking for a place to stay in Burnaby.Thank you very much!Diana Santos

This is not just a rental tower - this will become your home! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3.5 year stay here and would ABSOLUTELY highly recommend this condominium to anyone. Bright, airy apartments that come with amazing views and wonderful neighbors. Close to everything. Most definitely worth the money. We would stay longer if it wasnt for a work-related move. Joe is the best strata manager you will ever have hands down! 5 star!
