Great neighbourhood food shop... I especially like the selection of fish: trout, salmon, halibut and more. They stock high-quality, independent brands, so don't expect to find Kraft Dinner or Heinz ketchup! ;-)

First let me say I gave one not for the food because I love it, but rather for my experience today. This is my favorite place to but my hummus,I love it. I walk into the store today and there was a lady at the back I smile and said hi. I was greeted with the coldest stone face and she then turned away. There was a white male customer who she enthusiastically assisted and greeted even made some suggestions, she have not acknowledged me. I got to the cash register behind the customer he was once again greeted with a smile and cashed out. When it was my turn the smile disappear and not even a hi,your total,nothing. Ok,I am sorry what did i do to you to be treated as such in your store. When I call her out on her racist microaggressions his lady who claimed to be a manager say she did not see me when we literally walked by each other Please do better and treat each and every customer with basic decency and courtesy.

I've know about this place for years but have become a customer only recently, why? I was looking for lambs liver (a childhood dinner!) And not only did they have it, they had lamb ribs too (never heard of them before!!) I also spoke to david as i was looking for 'bacon ribs' (another childhood dinner!!) After much discussion, he managed to cure some for me. I took them home, cooked them and had a wonderful evening of childhood memories. This place is a treasure, friendly and helpful staff and reasonably priced too, i highly recommend this place to all.

Great for grass fed meats and organs. They take special orders, the staff is very friendly and remember my name, and the quality is immaculate. I can't recommend them enough! You will be pleased!

Amazing selection of excellent locally sourced produce, meats and dairy! Their own foods made with the same products they sell are also exceptional. The staff are very friendly and always go out of their way to accommodate. I'm very fortunate to have them in my neighbourhood!

This place is amazing! Went for the first time this week and the staff was so friendly and helpful. As well, has a great selection of local produce and meat.

Grabbed a gluten free home-made tourtière and a jar of chutney... Last minute (ordered online). Friendly staff. The store sells a variety of meats, baked goods (gluten), healthy foods, preserved goods (pickles, chutneys) etc. I also noticed some Keto products in passing. I'm looking forward to tasting the meat pie and treating the family for the holidays.

I travel every week from Scarborough to get all my animal products. I have tried a few grass fed beef providers and none are as good and consistent as what you get from Fresh From The Farm. A lot of grass fed products out there are deceptive in their labeling, but I feel like I can trust the Mennonite and Amish process and standards.They have pasture raised chicken & pork, dairy products, and even some special treats sometimes like bison.They have more than just animal products, with fresh produce, packaged products, jarred and canned goodies, and lots more.They also take orders and do deliveries as well. This is easily the best source of natural meats in the city.

Small store, but great quality food. Personally I love many of their pre-prepared frozen foods and their meats.
