Rocky is the best!!! I initially came in for 2 helix's with my best friend to do matching combos, but I also had a piercing done over seas that wasn't healing properly - Rocky took such great care of my poorly pierced rook and nailed our best friend helix piercings! I came back today a second time to get a tragus, helix and 3rd lobe! The attention to detail and time he spends making sure the prior piercings are aligned is immaculate!I also have to comment on how efficient Pascal is at taking care of everyone at the front and making sure we are all set for a smooth and comfortable appointment, no pressure to decide on anything you're not sure about when you arrive and she does such a great job at checking in with you if the wait time is a mere 5 minutes.This is the only place I will come to and send my referrals to - they also have amazing tattoo artists and I'm sure I'll venture over to their side once I'm ready for that :))- Meesha

My mom and I went in late Sunday as she wanted to get my nose piercings finished for my birthday, and decided to get two new ear piercings for herself. First off, INCREDIBLE experience there. I have horrible anxiety with piercings at times and Rocky the piercer made it the most relaxed time I’ve had with a body modification. They excepted our walk in within 10-15 mins of arriving and we’re just the most pleasant bunch we’ve ever dealt with. We will most definitely be back and recommending all of our friends to Orchid! Super awesome staff, super quick and easy to talk to. made me feel very welcome as soon as I walked in! Adam did absolute wonders on our walk-in tattoos - love them! Adam was professional, friendly and gave his honest advice.Rocky pierced my daith and it was a great experience (it was a spontaneous decision to get a piercing and I'm glad I did it). Rocky was super personal, friendly and genuine. Good experiences like this makes me want more tattoos and more piercings!Both the tattoo and piercing were fair in price considering the location in the mall.

Got a decent sized sternum piece done by Mic! He was very willing to talk about each part of it and listened to everything I had to say about it! He was very considerate, gentle and a great person to get work done by. He has great energy and showed that he loved every bit of it as much as I did, takes a lot of pride in his work!

It's been a week now since my tattoo with Adam, and after all the warnings of possible fading due to the location of my tattoo, there has been very little. We had a full discussion prior to the work being done, and he mentioned that I'd have to get it touched up multiple times do to the abuse my hands would eventually go through. I never expected such open conversation about the likelihood of a tattoo fading, and am very content with the work that was done. A great way to honor a family member, and I'm thankful Adam took such great care when doing the tattoo.

Clean, professional & welcoming environment. I was changing out my daith piercing, because they were originally put in as hoops (which I was informed isn’t the norm- I got them originally in Calgary). I had them in 6 months, & whenever I slept, I was getting painful sores in my ears. Alex changed them out for the proper piercing, re-pierced my nose ring, he is professional, gentle & very knowledgeable.Reasonably priced & conveniently located in the mall, close to the hotel. Pascal, at the front desk, was so kind & I can tell they appreciate their customers & know what they’re talking about. Definitely recommend!

I came in to get my second lobe piercing from Rocky and I was not too happy with his etiquette overall. I was dissatisfied with the placement of the piercing as I could not put in any of my other earrings because where he pierced my ear was too close to my first lobe, but also crooked. I only realized after when I tried wearing earrings in my first lobe, that they were either too close or covering the second lobe piercing. I had called to see if they were able to fix this issue and they said yes. I then asked if there would be any extra charge and Pascal (the receptionist) said no as they would only be changing the placement.I came in for the second appointment where they would fix the placement of the second piercing. I had confirmed again about the extra charge, and they said no once again. I think I made sure at least 6 times throughout the entire thing just to make sure.During my appointment, Rocky had mentioned that it was not his fault as I just happen to wear “abnormally large earrings compared to everyone else”. Who is someone professional to say his opinion on my choice of earrings, and why be immature about admitting that what he did was not correct? He still said he was willing to fix up the piercing regardless of our opinions.When I was in the room where he pierced my ears again, I had noticed that some AHS rules were not being followed as he did not wash his hands before touching the piercing and my ears, and properly clean the area before piercing my ears. It felt unsanitary and I felt very uncomfortable. It seemed very rushed with the way Rocky was piercing my ears. Once again, I confirmed with Rocky about the no extra charge. Nope. Rocky was charging me the whole entire price as if it is a new piercing. There was a huge lack of honesty and fraud with his business. There must be some weird misunderstanding with Pascal and Rocky about my situation and nothing was communicated efficiently between both of them. Because he lied about the extra cost, I had to stand up for myself and explain that Pascal said there would be NO extra charge as he was only changing the placement. Honestly, if I had to pay a price, that would’ve been okay with me as long as it was communicated properly. What Rocky did was erroneous and my personal experience was not satisfactory.
