Jessica and Shauna from Aristocrat were invaluable professionals and so very patient in helping us make the many design and product selection decisions for new flooring and tiling for our open-concept main level, ensuite bathroom, basement and kitchen backsplash. Along with Thanh, they visited the project site several times to ensure the floor and tile design and installation would match or exceed our expectations, which they very much succeeded in doing. Their installers Mariusz, Andrei and Maartin were knowledgeable and patient experts who made it all happen in a timely manner, always checking with us before making any required design decisions along the way. We’re extremely happy with Aristocrat’s collective work and have confidently recommended them to several of our friends.

What more can we say than this was the perfect experience when building your dream home. From our initial meeting with Matt, Shauna and Thanh, we were shown first class service by Aristocrat Floors. And the amazing service do not stop there, Roman was simplest magnificent when installing and helped bring our visions to reality!! Aristocrat flooring provided professional and courteous service for us while we were doing our kitchen renovation. Shauna was our consultant during this time. Her eye for what works and looks good is exceptional. My wife and I were overwhelmed by all the choices available and were quite frankly not sure how to proceed. Shauna applied her knowledge of her products, her experience and a strong dose of common sense which resulted in us purchasing flooring which met our budget and our needs. We recently decided it was time to renovate our dated master bathroom. We planned to stop by Aristocrat for some inspiration, and were thrilled with the beautiful and vast selection of products available in their store. We were so fortunate to meet Rhoda the design consultant, who after taking the time to listen to our ideas, put together a beautiful tile and flooring combinations, and also went above and beyond by offering us ideas with design and colours for the other areas of our bathroom project. She has an amazing eye for colour, and along with a great flair for design. Allen, was also wonderful to deal with. His skill and professional talent are evident from the start when previewing the job. When it came time to put this project together, he ensured everything was taken care of, all our concerns were addressed and that the job was completed seamlessly. Andrei, our installer, was exceptional. He worked intensely and was very skilled in turning our bathroom dream into a reality. The final outcome of bathroom project was better than we could have imagined and the attention to detail at every level was amazing!We highly recommend working with Aristocrat for any flooring needs, and will return again in the future.

Great overall experience! Thanh Tran was the best. He was professional, accommodating and his recommendations were spot on. The showroom has plenty of samples for you to choose from so take your time looking. We did a heated floor with ceramic tiles. Tile installation was very professional. The installer did an awesome job and knew what he was doing. I had to get my own electrician but Thanh was able to recommend a great one too. I would recommend Aristocrat Floors to anyone doing a small or large project.

We have been dreaming of new flooring for years and when we were ready we went to Aristocrat’s and worked with Laura. She was amazing, knowledgeable and really in tune with making recommendations that fit our needs and budget. Once we made a decision on flooring, the product arrived quickly and her expert team came in to our home and removed the existing carpets and installed the new stuff quickly and with genuine care and respect for our home. First time dealing with Aristocrat since they were the chosen supplier for our new build. Interactions with them, especially Laura (design consultant), have been productive due to Laura's guidance and understanding of our style choice. I highly recommend working with Aristocrat for your flooring needs. We have a raised bungalow and I had a vision in mind for what I wanted to achieve with the lower floor renovation. The Aristocrat showroom is well organized, and has something for everyone, all of high quality. With the help and patience of designers Alexis and Shauna to listen and understand my vision I was guided to the perfect products. I went with a luxury vinyl from Beckham Brothers (Ontario), a charcoal tile for under the stove, and a beautiful runner for the stairs, all from Aristocrat. I also had the carpet installed by Aristocrat with the help of Thanh (who was easy to get ahold of, professional and friendly!) The installers were on time, quick and installed perfectly.
