Good working environment and awesome agents/supervisors

Headsets and mouse in the workplace looks like it's from 1980. Poor management and low wage.

Great work environment. Fast paced. Excellent opportunities to move up as long as you apply yourself. Good support structure. They work on maintaining a positive environment for all.

Support is not trained well to assist with duties. The toilets are often clogged and out of service. They over hire so there is not enough desks, pcs, chairs, headsets (shared headsets) for agents. Hygiene for agents is not always implemented. There are a lot of broken chairs, headsets. Good free coffee and tea selection. It is a gong show.

Nice people providing inbound support for food industry. Need typing speed for detailed reporting of conversations. Starts minimum. Bonus for Spanish.

I would rate 3/5 for market force as a company. The office was well managed by Robin and Ryan before . Recently there was a change in management when Kristjan Gabbs became the operational manager. Ever since then this place is a hell, worst operational manager ever Mr Kristjan, he is a racist, he fired 10 black people in one month just on spot without a warning letter. He does not take care of anything, behaves as if its his daddy's company, rolls eyes at everyone except white people. He is nicknamed as the firing manager. All the SLA’s started declining since Kristjan started. Most of the computers and headsets are broken, instead of taking care of basic things, Kristjan is destroying the company.

MarketForce is a good company that offers customer service to different companies. They offer good salary package and benefits.

You need to appreciate marketforce for a job well done.
