Hero Certified Burgers
Good experience. and my jalapeño chicken had just the right amount of spice. Would go again. The washrooms and restaurant was clean. This was important since I had my kids with me. The staff was friendly and delivered the food to the table for us which is unusual for a fast food restaurant.

Ordered one of the smash burgers and it was not at all a smash burger. It was clearly just a patty. Smash burgers start as meatballs and then are smashed into the flattop grill and have some caramelization on them. This was not that and barely an average burger for a place that is supposed to specialize in burgers. The onion rings were very good though. The people working were very friendly, polite and helpful.

The owner is super nice. Humble and kind. We ordered 6 oz. Burger which was juicy and perfectly done. Chicken strips were good too. Mushroom poutine was off the hook. Thank you for your great service. Very much enjoyed it.

Went for iftaar with my sisters and ordered through the website and there was a burger we ordered that had bacon on it. Big shoutout to the manager at the Milton location for letting us know that they have pork bacon and chicken/beef bacon (which they make on two different grills). I had no knowledge about this, I had thought the whole restaurant was halal. If he hadn't been working that night and knew in our special instructions that it was for iftaar, one of us would have had pork without our knowledge. There needs to be more people like him! Thank you again!!Also food and service is always 10/10.

Worst experience at this location. Not only the burgers didn’t look fresh, they were actually stale and smelled bad. Unfortunately we ended up throwing lots of food as we weren’t comfortable giving it to our kids and it was too late to go back to the restaurant. The meat literally smelled like a bad breath. I have had hero certified burgers before and from other locations but never had this experience. Really disappointed!

My family & I ate here tonight and we’re so glad we did! The gentleman at the cash was polite, friendly & welcoming. The food was phenomenal and fresh. Hope to visit this location again in the future.

My first time here after hearing a lot of good things but what a terrible terrible experience. I ordered 3 burgers as visible on the receipt. Upon reaching home, we found only 2 burgers in the bag. We called the restaurant, Mr. Seth, who also took our order, picked the phone, accepted that there must have been a mistake. Offered to give us a free burger as compensation. Seconds later, he retreated from his offer and offered to come back and just get the missing burger or get the refund. Absolute rubbish behaviour and very casual attitude for ruining people’s dinner.

Amazing service, been coming here for around 3 years now! The food is always made fresh and the fries are delicious! the owner and customer service is impeccable! I recommend to everyone! Had a situation where I ordered a burger with bacon on it and I can’t eat bacon, didn’t realize until I got home. I called up the restaurant and told them about the situation, they told me to come back for another burger!
