SO MANY ISSUES!! Do not rent with these people. Building is not clean, numerous issues with building manager not taking care of things promptly. Worst decision I’ve made.

I hired Emre to manage a rental property in Montreal and the whole process was amazing! I really appreciate how responsive communication has been with him. He's always available and professional. I don't live in Montreal and I have piece of mind knowing everything was taken care of from finding the right tenant to taking care of the property without me being involved.I definitely recommend his services if you want a stress free experience.
