Party City

I have been shopping there before but this last time visit was special. I went there last Thursday to buy a last minute costume for a dress up party at school. My son needed a shark costume and it was nearly impossible for me to make one at home at such a short notice. Luckily , the male shop assistant was thinking on his toes and when he saw I couldn’t find one on the isles he personally went the back of the shop and grabbed the last piece they had. He told me initially that it’s an adult size one and I told him even if there is 1% chance I would buy it. And it did fit ! Sometimes, you have to take your chances . I am so grateful he didn’t just flatly refuse me but actually made an effort to help his customer . Thank you and wish you all the best.

Excellent customer service! Lots of fun things to see and prices are reasonable.Birthday balloons, confetti, caps, keychains; graduation cards, caps... they have it all.

For a place that sells party stuff they sure close early. Unable to get any party stuff because I'm unavailable during the weekdays and have busy weekends. The only time I'm available is after 5pm weekdays and by the time I get there I only have about a half hour or 15 mins of shopping time because they close at 6. What silly hours... how many people are in the store at 9am? I'm sure its less than there would be at 6pm.

Great selection. Found what I needed.Helium balloon bouquet was done in less than 10 minutes. Not my regular go to but I needed them last minute.

Lots of stuff you could get lost but helpful staff are more than willing to assist you
