Great service and friendly helpful staff especially Shannon - you are paying top dollar, for which your art pieces will be beautifully framed. My only suggestion is that they should package the items better when you go pick them up. The standard is a paper wrapping, which will not protect against dings and dents, which happened to me when I slipped on an icy patch after a pick up in the middle of winter. I took it back and they gave me a discount on the reframe and repair.In the meantime, take a sturdy bag and some bubble wrap when you go collect

I had a very good experience at this place and received a very professional service. The lady in charge of my request literally spent one hour to go through many different types of frames and mats, one by one, with a lot of patience, to find the best suitable ones for my photos. She gave many good suggestions, and result was fantastic. I can’t recommend this place enough, will go there again.

Really awesome people works here. i went here a couple months ago to take off the wooden frame of my painting so I can roll it and get them on a plane. This is the only place to do it in downtown Toronto, other places charges like exorbitant fees or they dont wanna it. Off The Wall really have gone the extra mile. Not only they help took me took off the wooden frame, they gave me free tube so i can carry on the plane lmaoo SO THOUGHTFUL! def will go here for any custom requests. Also, they got cute cat hanging around lol THANKS AGAIN YALL!! really really appreciate it!

Came in expecting to get a custom frame for an expensive/favorite poster of mine since the size isn't usual. Was recommended I can at any store like Walmart or Ikea I assume since it's size. 17inch by 11 is the poster.Been since the fall and I've yet to find a proper frame. Just wanted a one stop shop but was disappointed with having me turn elsewhere and frameless. Money wouldn't have been an issue.
