I feel the obligation to share my experience with the public regarding Ken.I have witnessed first hand on many occasions that Ken is a straight shooter and a loyal, genuine person.Safety and quality of work is what I think of when I describe my experiences of snow removal with Ken. All of our sites are treated with the same level of importance and urgency during a snow storm.I'm an employee and more importantly, friend of Ken Clark.

Clark Pacific has done our Nanaimo Country Grocer sites for over ten years.Ken jumps when I call and solves all that We put in front of him right away.When it snows it seems were the only fully open sites in nanaimo and we never seen our stores more full than when it snows.They treat us like we matter and in return we treat them like family.We have created a lasting relationship with them.Thank you Clark Pacific for all your many years of dedicationAdam

I have worked for Clark Pacific excavating for a number of years now I've always been paid promptly. Ken is a great man he put his farm up And his house to pay us last year

As an employee of Clark Pacific Excavating Inc.Ken is one of the most committed bosses I've ever seen and more accurate company who puts his staff first. Ken is a great guy and a great employer. He donates his time and materials for number of charities around town.Good stand-up guy

We used this company for our strata last year, and by far the worst snow removal company ever hired, for the following reasons;- Spent copious amount of hours unnecessarily moving piles of snow around. We asked them to leave on a few occassions when we saw this occuring.- Snow removal and grading did not occur in a timely manner. And many times after the rain or sun melted it.- Used copious amounts of sand, whether needed or not, then tried to take it back when the snow season was over.- They damaged our roads by continuously grading where no snow was present. Alarming, as the metal to asphalt sound should have been the giveaway here. That is how I was alerted they were on site.- Not responsive to our requests when asked not to block parked cars in with snow- They inadvertently moved our parking barriers and would not return them to their original spots.- Price-gouged in every possible way. Granted, there was lots of snow last year, and their invoices were outrageous; approx. $50K for one season.-The owner refused to take our concerns into consideration. It was his way or no way. Our only option was to see the contract through or end the contract and run the risk of not procuring anyone else. Most companies are all booked by Sept. for the upcoming season.

We called Ken when we were selling our house to widen our driveway quickly. Ken called back immediately and start work the next day. His crew got the work done fast, efficiently and it looks amazing! I can’t say enough about how professional and Reliable they were. We have done a lot renovations in our house and There is tremendous value in someone that shows up when they say they will and does what they say they’ll do. Thank you Ken and crew!

DO NOT EVER hire this company to do snow removal. Our strata also had a terrible experience with them. Exactly the same experience as the previous review. They overplowed and oversalted and gouged us beyond belief. They were also very slow to communicate and handed us invoices for tens of thousands of dollars months after the work was done. Sign a contract and expect a lawsuit.

The client and the contractor each had their different interpretation of the terms of the contractors' snow removal contract.This client concluded the contractor was charging for services not permitted in the contract.The contractor's claim for payment was settled in court and the Client paid the settlement amount to the Contractor.These facts are true will be presented as defense if the Contractor threatens any claim for libel or defamation.

When the founder of an establishment is hands-on and works hard side by side with its workers. Moreover, not only operates as a business, but thrives to be in service to the public and its local community, then I know its a business i would want to support. More power to Clark Pacific Excavation. You are an integral part of tf Nanaimo and beyond.

We had Ken and his crew do a large retaining wall and back fill at our house and we couldn’t be happier! From the first meet through the whole project we knew we had made the right choice. The whole project long we felt well informed and comfortable. The hard work and great planning made for a very well timed project and a safe environment for our kids every step of the way. With our project completed our yard looks amazing!
