If I could give no stars and still write a review I would have done that. This was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. The base was completely burnt along with the pepperoni bits on the top. It was as hard as dog biscuits. I’m never visiting this store again.

Pizza was fine, but customer experience was pretty terrible. I was happy to find out the pizza had arrived early, but caught an earful from the restaurant for missing their calls (from a Manitoba number with no ID - what?!). Then the driver berated me for making him wait- again, what?!I would not order from here again on the off chance I run into either of those people again. I’ll take my chances with another local shop.

Delivery was quick, delivery guy friendly, on the phone ordering they had trouble understanding what was said. Pizza was okay for taste but disappointed because very little toppings especially paying $3.50 before tax per gourmet topping. Order a kings size with bbq chicken and bbq chicken was only on 13 out of 32 slices of pizza, less than half of the pizza had the topping I paid for and it was very dry and tasteless the pieces that did have it, ordered extra cheese $3 before tax given same amount of cheese as normal. Ordered roasted garlic that topping was only on 19 out of 32 slices again didn't even have it on most of the pizza. Ordered bacon it wasn't on a single slice of pizza. The only topping they had on every slice was pepperoni. They were being insanely cheap and very low quality. Nothing really good about it. Capri used to make the best pizza in windsor. Now it is sub par at best. Biggest disappointment was the sides. Didnt realize they were the smallest sizes I have ever seen and yet 2-3x the price of sides at other places pictures below. Charged $8.40 before tax for 6 tiny mozzarella sticks the smallest amount and size I have seen for them for a ridiculous price definitely not worth it and they didn't taste very good at all. Far below what was expected from a restaurant that used to have such a good reputation. Charged $5.78 before tax for onion rings, again smallest size I have ever seen for that price and they are mediocre onion rings with an odd taste. Charged $5.20 before tax for a coleslaw" that was mostly lettuce on the bottom to make it look like it was more

I grew up on Capri and another local neighbourhood pizzeria. At one time they were one of the best. My last order from Capri may just my last order. We had ordered 2 panzerottis with bacon and pepperoni. The bacon was in a solid clump as it it had gone through a grinder. It tasted like a maple glazed ham and had infused the crust and all. On top of that the order arrived early, which isn't bad until you hit raw dough. The exterior was cooked, but looking at a side view of the crust you can see it was cooked only half way through. So raw, maple syrup flavored or perhaps ground maple ham, and poorly sasembled. All in all a terrible experience. All for the low price of $39 plus tip.

My experience was awhile ago but just getting to rate it now. Flavours were good, crispness was just right, ingredients were good, sauce was alright. Experience wasn't great but I can't complain. Would recommend on a normal night but not when trying to impress someone. There are better options out there but this is definitely not a bad one.

Undercooked and had the wrong toppings. Called to tell them about it and he tried to argue with me about what I said. He eventually said he would remake it for free but it was still not good. Would recommend asking for well done or go somewhere else.

I told the guy over the phone to put double sauce. He kept saying extra sauce. I said please make sure it's double. He said that's what they do, is add extra as double. The pizza was good and I would give it more stars. The only problem is it definitely did not have double; doesn't seem that way at least, and this isn't the first time they lied to me over the phone. Capri downtown was10xs better years ago. Maybe they are not the same owners, cheap, lack class or something.

I was told Windsor has the greatest pizza. I was also told that Capri was the best place to get that pizza...was it?It was ok. This location is in a rough part of Windsor, kind of a grimy area. The store itself could use a cleaning and redesign, maybe it just looked dated.I just ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. Size small (which is the same size as a medium at Domino's).A cool thing which apparently is unique to Windsor is the pepperoni is shredded, so that you get pepperoni in every bite. I didn't find that the pepperoni had a strong taste. It was ok, but I prefer that salty, pepperoni taste on a pizza. The cheese I really liked compared to other pizza places. It tasted good and had a chewier texture. The crust was fine. I would say it's slightly thicker and doughier than other popular pizza restaurants. No complaints though.I've seen others post about burnt pizza, but I don't feel like that's a bad thing, if it's slight and not on the entire pizza. Mine had a couple of darker spots but it just adds to the texture and flavor. The cost? As I said, this small pizza I ordered was the same size as a medium at Domino's. While I can get the same sized pizza at Domino's for $8 this one cost me $17 and changeAmazing pizza? No. Good pizza? Sure. Would I make this my go-to pizza place when visiting Windsor? No. It was pricey for the quality. My go-to is Domino's or Pizza Pizza.I would recommend trying it once to see if you like it but for me this was a one and done.

First, I'd like to acknowledge the original Capri pizza. It made exceptional pizza in an area already known for above average pizza. Their pies were balanced, had gorgeous crust, and were reasonably priced. It was the pizza that I grew up on.So what happened? The Queen sized pizza came out to a whopping 45 after tax and an enforced tip (You can't skip the tipping stage when paying)The pizza was straight up burnt, and the double cheese I paid four dollars for absolutely missing. The toppings where thrown on in giant clumps without any care, one slice would be all green pepper, and another all mushroom.Frankly, this goes beyond a simple disappointment and represents a willfull lack of consideration to their customers. It's a damn shame. I come home yearly and look forward to an awesome Capri pie, but I guess you can't really go home again.
