I bought a Scott Sub Cross 30 from Evolution Cycles around a year ago. Visited them a few times for tune-up and questions, and I'm very happy with their service and kind attitude. A must visit if you plan to purchase a new bike!

Picked up my first mountain bike here. Was suggested proper model for my needs, exceeds my expectations. Great service and very knowledgeable.

All I needed was a washer and a nut for an old bike. The guys were great and after fishing around in an extra parts bin they found what I needed. Spent 10 minutes helping me and sent me on my way with just a smile.

I recently had another incredible experience with Evolution Cycles in Richmond Hill. As I do every year, I brought my bike in for service, and during the inspection, they noticed that my saddle was broken. The staff assisted me in selecting a new saddle with a 30-day guarantee. However, after taking it out for a few rides (note: I bought a saddle with a 30 day guarantee) it turned out to be really uncomfortable for me as it seemed too big.When I returned to the store, they not only addressed the size issue but also conducted an impromptu bike fitting. They explained that my body had changed over the years of riding, necessitating a change in the bike's geometry. They allowed me to try out two different saddles, ensuring the perfect fit.I am incredibly grateful for their advice, accommodating nature, and their ability to adjust my bike's geometry. The staff, particularly Mike, who assisted me during the fitting, and Justin, who provided valuable advice throughout the sales process, deserve a special mention.The fees for the adjustments and component changes were reasonable. I highly appreciate Evolution Cycles' exceptional service and expertise. Thank you!

The guys at Evolution Cycles are friendly, helpful and honest. They are knowledgeable and recommend products based on your needs and not because they're trying to meet a sales quota. Bought a Trek Sport FX 4 bike along with some bike accessories which they kindly mounted for me without charging me extra. I recently had to get my handlebar replaced and the whole experience was painless. Their service department is top notch. Will keep supporting these local guys!

I recently purchased a bicycles from Evolution cycles, and unfortunately, my experience with their salesperson was not great. The salesperson was rude and resistant, which made the buying process uncomfortable. However, the service person was great and provided excellent assistance. While I appreciate the service person's help, the salesperson's that he introduce him self store manager behavior made me to post this review, I was got 3 bicycle from this place during last couple of years but this was last time. I believe that customer service is crucial, and it's unfortunate that Evolution failed to provide the level of service that customers deserve. Overall, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your bicycle needs.

I rarely post reviews but this shop deserves a shout out. My wife and I bought two Cervelo Caledonia bikes from Evolution in Richmond Hill this month. Honestly, we are really happy we purchased from them. Justin did an incredible job talking us through all the options and he gave great recommendations. I really felt he injected a lot of energy and interest in helping us figure out road biking. Mike was an amazing bike fitter, and we came back a couple times to discuss our experience on our new bikes. If you live in Richmond Hill, and want great service and insightful help, just go here. I bought four bicycles here and every time the team and staff were very helpful and I had a great service. If you buy your bike here they offer a free tuneup for the first year. Highly recommended for cyclists.

The service at Evolution Cycles is excellent, from the person who sold me my Trek FX 3 to the person servicing my bike. The salesperson knew a lot about cycling and although he was what I would consider a professional cyclist he understood my level of biking, expertise and age and he took all that into consideration and he sold me a bike he knew I was going to enjoy. The service department really know the biking business & I am so confident when I discuss what I need done on my bike & I know it will get done right!!! The entire experience has been amazing & I would recommend Evolution Cycle without hesitation!!!

The mechanics here helped me with a stripped pedal and got me home safe and quickly. I owe them a great deal for their professional, expedient and kind service. Will be returning next time my bike needs service for sure.
