At March 5th 2023, I went to RV show at Palais des Congres de Montreal. There are so many RV dealers. Among all of them, I found City Caravan St-Eustache has the best deal and most beautiful RV. I really love their RVs not only because their price but also for their RV layout. The sales man Marc-Andre Auclair who is so nice and patient and professional to explain to me all the models. I have been working with few dealer salesmen and Marc-Andre is the only one who is so friendly, honest and think for my situation. He always told me to be sure I know what I want so that he can help me to have the best information. He told me his purpose is not to sell me a RV, but to help me to buy the right RV.I reserved RV with him right away in the RV show as I am fully satisfied with his service and also the price & the RV quality. In addition, in the RV show they give promotions. I am very happy after I reserved it because the RV will bring my family many happiness.After 3 Days, Marc-Andre called me to go to his dealer and suggest me to see all other models to be sure I made the best choice according to my situation. He want me to see more before I signed the contract. After I saw all other models, I told him that another one is much better for me because its 1 feet shorter which makes more easier for me to park my RV into my parking lot. He told me that’s what he think because in the last 2 days he has been checking and thinking which model is better for me. He suggest me choose Forest River 2860 because the length is 31 feet instead 32 feet as my parking lot is 32.5 feet long. 31 feet will be easier to park. Also 2860 model has exterior kitchen & Fridge which is very convenient and applicable , plus 2860’s sofa and dinning seat are in the opposite direction which is good for chat with our friends and to see different view during driving. Another model's sofa and dining seat are in the same direction.Marc-Andre always answer my call or call me back asap. He always answer my questions and help me for my issue. I am very lucky I already bought my RV and drive back to my home. My friends love the RV for its layout and beautiful look. Even after delivery, Marc-Andre is still the same to answer my call or help me all the time.I want to say, if you are looking for buying or renting RV, I strong suggest you to talk with Marc-Andre who will give you the best help to make the right choice. And always help you whenever you need . He also help you to negotiate to satisfy you for the price and so on.Further more, City Caravan has very good team who help me for the finance, introduce & train me how to use and drive the RV, and also help me to buy some useful accessories. Especially Jean Francois who is so gentle and patient to introduce and explain how to use and drive the RV and also gave me some extra Manuel material & photo .
