I worked with a lovely sales associate named Adriana at the store over many weeks to pick out and source tiles for our home renovation. She was incredibly helpful and easy to work with, always listened to my needs and provided me with many options and ideas for the look I was going for. I highly recommend Metropolitan tiles and Adriana in particular. They have many beautiful options, are reasonably priced, and very easy to work with.

Great customer service

As part of our master bathroom renovation, our contractor recommended we get our tiles from Metropolitan Tile. With COVID-19 and store closures, we were not sure how everything would work, but Metropolitan Tile made it all very easy for us. We were able to book an appointment online and Adriana Tari reached out to us shortly thereafter to confirm a private store visit. She asked us to send her some photos of our existing layout and photos that we had found online to give her some ideas as to the new look we were trying to achieve.When we arrived for our appointment, she had already picked out several styles of bathroom floor tiles, shower tiles and floor shower tiles that she thought would fit the look we were going for, which was very impressive! Adriana allowed us to take samples home so we could better conceptualize how everything would look, and ordered additional sample styles when we asked, without hesitation!The ordering process was seamless and Adriana contacted us when everything came in. The warehouse staff were friendly and loaded my vehicle with all the materials. There was a bit of a mix up with a couple of the items, but Adriana took care of it for us immediately and it had no impact on the project.Adriana was always responsive and quick to get back to me when I left her a message when we had questions! I want to thank her and all the staff at Metropolitan Tile for helping to make our first renovation project a pleasant one! We definitely recommend Metropolitan Tile and Adriana and will be contacting her again when we renovate our kitchen in the future!

I went in to get a quote for my kitchen backsplash. I picked a tile and they said they needed $1000 deposit . They said someone would come out to measure my backsplash area and give me a quote. Eight days later someone called to arrange to look at my backsplash . A man came in and wasn't sure which company I had dealt with. When he was finished measuring he laughed and said someone would call me. Eight days went by again. I called and left a message but no one return my call . Another four days later I called again and I was told the job is going to be $2400 and that I needed to pay before any work could be done even though They 've been sitting on $1000 of mine for almost one month. They told me to come in to refund my money but when I came in they told me they didn't know who I was and that the person dealing with me wasn't in but they were supposed to be. I'm still trying to get my thousand dollars that I paid for nothing. These people are disorganized and not trustworthy do not do business with them.

Good selection. Good prices and good customer service

I had a great experience at Metropolitan Tile & Stone!Originally, I was very torn on the design for my bathroom reno. After speaking with Adriana and the rest of the incredibly patient team, I felt much less overwhelmed by the reno process and knew they had my best interest at heart. They provided a number of options that worked for me, were extremely patient when I took my time to decide, and somehow knew what I wanted before I did!Despite the shopping process being a little different due to COVID regulations, their customer service, responsiveness and communication efforts didn't fall short of amazing. Using a couple images for inspiration, Adriana sourced different options for me that not only matched the inspo images, but worked with my price range. All the product and supplies arrived quickly too, which was fantastic.I landed on a beautiful, rustic option for the floors and a white glazed tile for the walls. Now I am going back for the kitchen backsplash. I couldn't be happier with everything!On top of unbeatable service, passion and expertise, Metropolitan makes you feel like family and I loved that. It's no wonder they came highly recommended! Thanks again.

Thay never pay there workers right or on time if you try to buy tiles without an installer that works for this company with you that will rip you off badly
