Clean floor. Waiting time is acceptable. Waiting area with lots chairs and tables provided. Dr. Miroslav Stavel is very nice, patient, friendly, and helpful. The employees are nice and friendly. Underground parking available, but not free. Elevator available. Couple shopping options are available nearby.

Dr Stavel is such a lovely, kind man and doctor. He is a rare breed of human that listens intently and shows patience, kindness, and curiosity. He saw my infant son, and I left feeling so uplifted and validated. He is a wonderful, one-of-a-kind person, the kind this world needs more of.
