Never book appointment with Sunil he will never pick your calls nor solve ur issues I waited for almost 3months to just update my details in the system he never picks the call when we go for a direct meeting he keeps himself busy such a poor service

I used to feel as though I had a personal connection with this bank - someone I could contact or come and see whenever i needed to. Have been with them for probably twenty years-plus, but now find the service has completely changed. Very, very impersonal - have no idea who I can call if I have a question or a concern. Might as well withdraw everything and keep the money under the mattress - minimal loss in terms of interest.

So slow and 1 teller in at 11:30 as the rest are on lunch. Pretty poor service. And they’re always training someone new. Rarely do I ever see the same person in here except the manager. They really need to figure out their scheduling to service clients who’ve been with them over 30 years. Very disappointing.

Sunil Nagra who is the financial services representative, was very efficient in helping me set up my account in CIBC. He is always ready to clear my doubts and help with account related issues. So I really like this branch. The rest of the staff are amazing too. Very helpful people.
