Great selection of products - and they will bring things in for your convenience if they don’t already have it! Open, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere. The staff will help you find what you’re looking for, and have even helped new players understand the games to have more fun! Open for browsing and for playing games with friends at their tables. Highly recommend checking this place out if you enjoy card games, assorted board games, and tabletop games! Grab a latte or a tea to sip while you play with friends.

If you walk into Level Zero with a drink from outside, the staff will promptly inform you that you cannot come in with it, even if you're a kid with a slurpee. Not because they don't want you spilling it or something, but because they want you to buy their drinks. They'll severely under value your cards if you bring them in for credit/cash. They might give you $100 for your cards where another store would give you $300 for the same cards. Staff tend to act like surrogate parents, policing who says what and how they say it like they're running a daycare. But hey, at least it's a safe space, those are in such short supply these days.

This is the kindest, most welcoming, inclusive space around!! We have been coming here for dnd every week for half a year and look forward to it all week. Plus we pop by for candy, milkshakes and treats when we're nearby. The owners are so passionate about games and it is clear they have their hearts in it. And they make me laugh a lot!

Wow this place is awesome. A great environment. Staff and patrons,all fantastic. Dropped in with my kids to relearn the basics of Pokemon. Riley(hope I spelled it correctly) went over and above to teach. New favorite spot in Chilliwack and it's on this side of town. Nice and easy to get to. My whole family is very excited to keep on going and playing games with some awesome people. Thank you.March 2023 update.This place is awesome. We love the place.June 2023 update.Just visited Level Zero again after a number of months of not being able to go. It is looking great in there. So many different products in there. Such change in a short amount of time. Hailey was a fantastic help. She is amazing. Thank you so much to the Level Zero Crew. See you again soon.

Level Zero Games is an amazing place to come and socialize, my girlfriend and I started coming here in August and ever since we’ve only been met with kindness! We come to play magick 2-3 times a week and we are glad to be part of the community, being able to meet so many who we’ve come to know and appreciate. The owners and employee are very friendly and helpful people who have assisted us on many occasions! Thank you for everything and letting us be a part of it. :)

Level zero games is an extremely friendly, inclusive, and knowledgeable space for anyone to spend their time in. The community is very accepting of new players, but always makes sure there is a challenge for those more experienced. Both of the owners go above and beyond with making sure their customers have the best experience, whether it be helping build a new deck, making a drink, or just having a chat. I would highly recommend level zero games to anyone looking for some new friends and fun times.

Came in with my wife to sell off Pokémon cards KNOWING we had quite a few high end cards. (This is well over a thousand cards easily total). After going through them the fella said he could give us $50 total as we don’t have much. Thinking we knew NOTHING. We took our cards elsewhere and got over $400 for just the high end portion only. Got all the rest of our cards back even. Not impressed. This guy tried to take advantage of a woman thinkin she knew nothing of what she had.

This place is awesome! My son had a great te learning to play pokemon. The staff are welcoming and helpful, the atmosphere is relaxed and there are quite a few snacks and drinks to choose from. We will definitely be back!

Been going to Level Zero since January, Andy & Quill are kind and knowledgeable store owners that helped me get into Magic the Gathering and Pokémon TCGs! I always see people drop in to play MTG standard, commander and play board games. Definitely check em out, get some boba tea and enjoy your stay!

Very nice looking place with good atmosphere is about all the good things I can say. The staff will absolutely gouge you for all you are worth though. Overpriced booster packs is one thing but advertising a free tourney but then turning around and charging $20 + tax for an official Bushiroad tournament, again advertised as free initially on Bushiroad's website, was such a scam. What is even a tax on a tournament entry fee. That's just them forcing you to buy something.
