I had a haircut yesterday and it was the first appointment in morning at 10am. When I was booking my appointment with my previous stylist then they said she is not working anymore , I’ll book you with very talented and experienced stylist. I took my chance. I’m almost 10 years old customer to chatters . I trust it and when I reach there , it was her first appointment of the day. She never interacted with me , no smile , no eye contact. It was feeling so weird with whole process. Her station was so unorganized and all the hair brushes were super dirty and full of hair. I spend my $70 on my haircut and got what no excitement, like it was looking she was not expecting a south Asian client. If you are providing this type of customer service then sorry I’ll not returning to your location in future. I wish I can give 0 star. Very disappointed.

Did a very bold choice and went for a purple all over colour. Took advantage of the consultation option so I was able to do an allergy test and discuss options. Unfortunately there are supply chain issues and hair colours are also affected! Chelsea was amazing and did a custom blending of a red & a blue to give me my own unique colour. Four hours of foiling/colouring & a cut - $300.00 was very reasonable in my opinion. The atmosphere was welcoming, the salon was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Took my 90 year old grandmother there for a haircut was a pleasant experience. Booked same day as cut and we’re able to fit her in short notice. Liv the hairstylist was helpful and was able to help my grandmother find a style and length she enjoyed.

Nikkie did an amazing job with my hair! She listened to me and made sure I felt comfortable asking for my bangs to be shorter when they were dry. Lovely service

Kyle is amazing! Best haircut(s) I have ever had. Super warm & friendly. Love the vibes! Highly recommend.

Edit: I had a wonderful phone call with the manager who was extremely understanding of the situation and apologized profusely. She has taken all my comments into consideration and is using them as a learning experience.I have never been made to feel so low or self conscious at a hair appointment before. My stylist has inquired into whether or not I used leave in conditioner, slept with braids, etc. When I had responded no, I was met with an eye roll and a sigh of annoyance/disgust. Mentioning I did not know how to braid was met with the same look of annoyance. My hair is waist length and dead straight and I often choose to go without a haircut as I typically do not stress about whether or not my hair is frizzy/dead. My stylist remarked that if I was going to have long hair, I should have long hair that at least 'looked nice'. Even though I reiterated that I was aware my hair was dead but that it did not effect how I felt about it, I was still reminded over and over that I was 'not doing the right thing' and that my hair looked in poor shape.I held my tongue during the appointment but I hope the stylist realizes how her continuous comments impact the clients experience. Her occasional comments about how she liked my hair colour did not make up for the many eye rolls and looks of disgust.I paid $65 to be bullied for 2 hours - a mistake I will not make again.

I recently got a haircut here, and I can't even say hair styling because the stylist didn't even style my hair. I went in with rather long hair asking for it to be cut up around my shoulders with soft layers. I came out with very blunt layers that were very obvious all around my head. When doing my hair my hairstylist kept dropping their implements and even stuck the brush in my hair to hold onto it while they reached for something else. I got a very choppy haircut, not the soft one like I wanted. The hairstylist simply blow dried my hair and didn't even style it, nor ask how I wanted it styled. My stylist was running late and I was only in the chair for roughly half an hour when I paid for the full hour cut and style. Would definitely not recommend.

One stylist(Tuyet) is super nice while the front service told me to wait till next Monday. Fast, Quick and Great.The front service has to do better job to help customer.

I came in here for a cut and style by Roxy as she had great reviews! Unfortunately while she was a very nice woman she was somewhat unprofessional and did a really poor job on my bangs. She dropped her comb 2 times and even dropped the curling iron while my hair was clamped on it. I understand sometimes people have off days and I hope that was the case. The bangs she gave me were so thick and blunt. I went home in tears and was so frustrated because I showed her a clear image of what I had wanted and my hair didn’t look anything like that. The worst cut I have ever received and I had to go to another salon to get the bangs fixed, but they still look strange because she cut them far too thick, long, and without any face framing.
