Phantom Amusement

We had our sons 6th birthday party at The Phantom Arcade inside The Forks! The arcade is great for kids and adults alike. They've got a couple of options for pricing for birthday parties and the owner(s) are super helpful in communicating and making sure things run smooth when you're there. We had the whole place to ourselves for 1 hour of unlimited play, and another 1 hour of unlimited play in a roped off section. It was the right amount of time for our age group. We set up tables right outside the arcade and decorated and got food from different places in the commons for the kids. The cake we had didnt need refrigeration so if yours does youd need to take that into consideration. Everything worked beautifully and the kids had a blast. There's a good selection of games and if you're going not as part of a birthday party there's an ATM and a change machine inside. I would definetly recommend birthday parties at the Phantom Arcade for both young and old!

Friendly staff, all machines are in near perfect condition, and any issues get addressed in a reasonable timeframe (Sometimes right on the spot if it's an easy fix) 10/10. Also has an amazing old school" feel with all coin based play."

I cannot believe how much fun I can have here. The owners are real swell folks who care about customer service. If this place didn't exist I'd move out of Winnipeg!

Dave and Mark keep on top of machine maintenance, and try to address any machine malfunctions as quickly as possible.They also keep bringing in new pinball machines (be it a brand new in box item, or an older pin they have purchased and shopped), and rotate what they have at this location with other machine they have at different locations.Always a great place to stop in and spend a bit of family time.

Great time spent and Alex who was running the place made it all that much more enjoyable. Classic entertainment with a great atmosphere!!

For being as small as it is, it's a fun place. Classic arcade feel in some ways and the location just offers convenience in so many ways.

One of the best run arcades i have been to. The staff member or owner was so helpful. He had a long beard, and the 2 or 3 times i have been there he has been super friendly.

Had a really good time here, I try to stop in for a few rounds of pinball whenever I'm nearby. Games are quality.

Located in the NORTH HALL of the forks. This is no Move Theater" arcade. This is the real deal! Amazing selection of pinball and lots of stand up cabinets for action games or even some 2D Fighting classics like Marvel vs. Capcom!Games are constantly rotating in and out so anytime you visit
