Blue Owl Inspections
Paul is fantastic! Professional and very responsive.My partner and I were stuck in traffic on the way to meet him, so we were late. He had to run for another inspection but spent a few minutes to give us a run down of his findings. His report is VERY detailed, which gave us and idea of what we should prioritize in repairing/replacing.I will definitely recommend him and hire him again in the future, when needed.

We hired Paul to do a home inspection on the house we recently purchased. He was very thorough and when we arrived at the house at the end of the inspection he took us through and explained what he had found so we understood and were able to make an informed decision to move ahead with the purchase. We didn't feel rushed and he took the time to answer our questions. He also sent the report to us very promptly. We would definitely hire Paul again and would recommend him to anyone looking to hire a home inspector.

Paul provided excellent service and communication throughout the inspection process. Highly recommended!! I am so glad that somebody has recommend Paul to us as our inspector for the townhouse that we are looking to purchase. Paul did an inspection for me on a townhouse I had purchased. He was very thorough. Checked everything and made sure everything was in good working order. He checked all appliances even the fireplace. He did a much better job than the last inspector I had. He explained everything to me. He was very professional. And very reasonably priced. Would definitely use him again.

I decided to get my inspection at the very last minute and Paul was extremely helpful and accommodating. As a first time home-buyer, I had no idea what I was walking into and had to completely rely on his expertise. Not only was he accommodating, patient, and extremely thorough, but he even took the time to explain things to me about condo strata! Highly Recommended! We asked Paul to inspect a condo my parents were considering on purchasing. He was friendly, thorough and very informative. We used Blue Owl inspections for a townhouse in Burnaby. Paul was great to deal with and when at site made sure to check in if I had any questions. The inspection was very thorough and could not be happier to find any recommendations and ensure everything was working well. The duration was longer than I expected which reassured me no shortcuts were taken. Their reports are pristine documents and given very quickly after the inspection. Would highly recommend!!
