Some of the pharmacist were very ignorant to the point ,when I was getting my prescriptions that i found them yelling out my medication while there were people in line and being very rude and not being wet good with me and we’re laughing like it was a joke, I was not impressed with the service as well. I even reported to the management and they pretty much covered the employees as it should of never happened to begin with cause now they lost my confidentiality because how they treated my issue.

The pharmacy has terrible service! My mother who needs her mediation for fluid on her heart had to go back 4 times! The prescription was not filled and she could barley breathe after 6 days without her prescription. This is unacceptable service

This has been my pharmacy for several years. All the staff and especially the pharmacy staff have always gone out of their way to be helpful, above and beyond what they could be expected to do. Personal touch from each staff member has always been the 'norm' in my many dealings there. I recently moved to Calgary and even though this is no longer my pharmacy - they were still able to help my new pharmacy get my scripts sorted out ( there were issues). I very much appreciate them still.

I call Shoppers looking to see if they sold itune cards, a girl by the name of Anna answered the phone, she answered my question with yes we do.But I’ll run and check that we have some in the store right now and are not sold out. She was super friendly, and excellent customer service.
