really bad experience ordered veggie pasta there were no veggies at all only sauce and pasta.pasta was all watery because of too much sauce. there were only some onions those were so big in pieces really bad taste.ordering from this location is wastage of money .

Great taste as always and great staff as well. Two things to notice though, there's no entry from inside the mall as the Google map shows and there's no proper dine in or seating area in this store.

I usually hesitate ordering from this location as I've had quite a few bad experiences with them in past (wrong order, forgotten order, missing items, not following covid guidelines properly, etc.). However, keeping in mind the busy nature of this location I let it go each time. Today I decided to place an order online for delivery hoping it would go smoothly. As I opened the boxes in my kitchen I saw that half the slices were missing the cheese. In the past the staff has not been any one bit remorseful. Thus I anticipated they wouldn't be apologetic or accommodating this time either. Tired of dealing with them at this point. Will never be ordering from the Delta (Scottroad) Pizza Hut again.

Rushed me with my order and didn’t exactly get it correct , I usually order from panorama but this is as closer before closing . The person taking my order wouldn’t even let me finish my orders before moving on to the next question I had to ask if I was able to finish my items on my pizza and if you may slow down. That’s just the Scottsdale experience all depends on who was working. I called early enough to have it ready a half hour before close as I know how difficult it can be to have someone come in or place an order 5-10 minutes before you close but I called at least an hour and 15 minutes before closing and asked for a pick up half hour before they close

Very bad service by this location. Firstly my order was late by 40 min while it shows 20 mins and then after that i got my order it was cold not hot enough and flatbread was really hard and it seems its not fresh

I always order delivery here. The pizzas are always hot and fresh, but the amount of cheese that goes onto the pizza is always lacking near the crusts (usually bare)

Sorry these guys standards are slipping badly. We ordered a triple treat feast with double order of the 8 pc boneless chicken honey garlic and butter chicken sauce. The honey garlic sauce coating was a dribble. Same with the butter chicken sauce The chocolate chip pizza was hard and not soft. I called back and they were uninterested in fixing my order. They even said that this was the standard qnd if I wanted more sauce they charge extra. I ordered this several times before so I know that this is not how this is supposed to look like. I will think twice about ordering from this location again.

I stop to buying Pizza Hut because I had many issues with another location store. I ordered here (online) on December 31th and I was very happy with my order, they follow all my instructions, and the driver was very professional, polite. Excellent service 10/10.
