Some people say they are overpriced. I don't find that at all, quality and quantity are excellent. Hundreds of different choices for everyone to find what they like. Coffee is always fresh and hot.

Want a sweet treat???? Get a vanilla frappe, with a layer of strawberry puree on bottom, and another in the middle, with whipped topping. It's the best thing ever. Called the Santa Claus frappe, on the secret menu. Tastes like a strawberry shortcake. Yum.

I just had the strangest interaction at the drive through. I placed my order through the app as I pulled into the drive through because it’s simply easier and fuss free and I get points.The individual at the window, handing me my drink, asked me if I could give him more time when I place the order next time.I was so confused. I said, “I don’t mind waiting.”And he repeated himself asking me to give him time next time when ordering.I don’t understand how this is any different from driving up to the drive through and ordering it there. There’s just the same amount of time given when someone does that.I don’t live near this Starbucks so I wait until my 20 minute drive to place the order.Such a strange thing to say to a customer. As if I’ve done something wrong by placing an order with them the moment I’ve arrived.

I tried the mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher drink today...delicious! Without coconut milk. Went in to order and also bought a sandwich, took home to heat up....chicken chimichuri....good but has definite kick to it. I'm giving my experience 5 stars because the products are great, although pricey, but you get what you pay for.What I don't like is the wait, whether drive through or going in. 15 min for a cold drink is not acceptable....BUT....I am very impressed with staff. It always looks chaotic behind the counter because there are soooo many bottles, pumps, liquids, milks, etc., but they always pull it off.... they have a system that works. And I saw no angry customers, likely due to the fact it is known there will be a wait.After my rambling, that said, if you are looking for top notch specialty coffee and cold drinks, Starbucks is where to go.

I order the blond roast at 6:30 in the morning. I get a coffee that clearly has been in the pot for many hours. Three times now. I’m out.

Always lovely staff, great service. Usually pretty busy but the drive through line always moves along fairly smoothly. Good place to stop for a coffee or tea :)
