Got ghosted by the staff in the middle of an order at the drive through. Literally in the middle of an order , no goodbye, not told to drive up to the window, nothing. They don't close for an hour. We drove away after 10 minutes of silence.

DQ paradise was not dirty before but now it is filthy. I don’t believe staff can’t find time to clean the table, sweep the floor or clean the washroom. Cleanliness should be the top priority when your serving food. Photos taken today May 29, 2022 at 4:03 pm

Service was a little slow but that was certainly not the staffs fault. Seems they were short a person or two long drive thru times and the employees looked run ragged

Absolutely poor management and leadership that leads to poor customer service at this location. This has been my experience time and time while visiting this location. During my most recent visit on the evening of June 25, 2023 the lack of leadership was very obvious.The leadership team is in desperate need of training as soon as possible. I can see from other reviews on google that I am not the only review who feels and notice this.If I owned this place the manager working this evening q would either get better training or be fired. They did not support their staff, engage with customers or show any type of leadership. I was wondering if there even was a manager on duty as absolutely no one stood out as a leader or took charge to ensure things where moving and happening. It was just unorganized chaos.

The ice cream is great but the service is lacking. Nobody on staff greets you or even acknowledges you until you've been waiting for about 5 minutes. They barely communicate with you. There's nothing fast about this fast food. We only continue to go back because the ice cream is yummy.

It's a small place, but very efficient when I go at random. It also gets very busy at times.I prefer to stick to the dessert treats but the few times I order food items there might have been a wait, but I never had an error.

Edit: I have returned to this location and they seemed to have changed how they give out their drinks and I have not had an issue with them spilling again. Much appreciated!The drink trays are way to shallow and they felt the need to include some kind of extra plastic cup to sit the milk shakes in, in the tray. My passenger side floor is now covered in chocolate milkshake due to a pothole right outside the heur parking lot.Also got part of the order wrong and was a struggle to hear them properly at the drive through and the window. It will be some time before I try this location again.

Ordered a 6pc sauced & tossed.. I got literally maybe 15 fries.. called back to tell them what I got, and the guy that answered the phone was very nice & said I’d get a free order of large fries next time I go! Great service but the quantity of my order was very horrible.
