The fish and chips here was very good and tasty. The fish was well cooked and fries were very crispy. Felt very authentic. Will visit again.

Being a Brit, my mouth started to water when I saw the sign Brits Fish & Chips, nostalgic memories of home, a huge fillet of cod with greasy thick cut chips.....Well a big disappointment the fillet of Cod was thin as a pancake raw in places, 8 inches long, the chips had been frozen then fried, like chewing dry cardboard not the greasy and limpy like home and for $23.00, an insult to british staple food icon.However the service was great, I will not be coming here again.

Brits Fish & Chips does it right! A very causal and friendly place to have a delicious meal.Place your order at the front counter off the chalkboard menu. You are given your order number, as you grab a seat. The cook calls out the order number, when ready.Choices of Cod, Sole, Halibut, Haddock, Basa and Turbot. A thin coat of batter gives it a crispy texture, and not too oily. A good balance of batter and the thick fish fillet.The chips are the standard thick fries, done to perfection.Love the mushy peas" and the "pickled eggs"Brits is definitely a highly recommended place for some old fashioned "Fish & Chips". Nothing fancy

Tried this place for the first time. I was in search of satisfying my craving for battered fish. The lone staff member was super friendly. She was quick, attentive, informative, and welcoming. I got the 1pc fish with chips, coleslaw, and gravy. It was tasty, especially the tartar sauce. The downsides of this place are that the chairs were not comfy. The cups were sooo outdated and kind of gave me the heebie jeebies haha. There's free refills, though. Also, the dining space is crowded, and there's not privacy for a conversation. The fish itself was satisfying, I wished I bought 2 pcs. The customer service was spot on. We will most likely return in the future.

Brits Fish & Chips located across from Unity Square with ample parking serves excellent fish & chips to dine in or take out wrapped in paper just like in the ole country! Not having stopped there for quite a while it was a delight that the prices are still the same and the fish just as tasty served with condiments!! Friendly staff and highly recommended.

Omg. Can you say that rhis is the best fish and chips in the city. Oh YESFrom the moment I walked, staff was amazing, friendly, courteous. Explained the menu..Got the cod fish and chips. 2 pieces is more that enough to fill you up.The food was AMAZING . Highly pieces.One of my new favorite restaurants

Called in a lunch-time pickup order for gluten free haddock fish and chips. It was ready at the time that was promised. The portion was pretty large bang-for-buck wise. The fries were fresh and the gluten free batter was tasty.
