We purchased several Delta faucets and other bathroom fixtures about 12 years ago from Eddy. Yesterday, we had need to call to figure out what replacement cartridge we needed to fix some after several years of use. We were astounded by the speed and effectiveness of the response. Not only did they have some on hand for us, they shipped them overnight to us as they knew we needed to get these rooms back into service (we're over three hours drive away). Unbelievably amazing!! Thank you so much.

Blown away by the awesome service! Went in to find a replacement part for a faucet, and Heather (in the showroom) went out of her way to find the piece I needed so I didn't have to buy a whole new faucet. Very impressed!
