Vegreville Towing

Hit a deer on Highway 16 headed west about 20km from Sherwood. Called Veg Towing, they were there promptly and were very courteous. The gentleman that picked up my Jeep ran me through everything as far as accident procedures and made sure I had a ride home. Great to see a business that cares. Would strongly recommend Vegreville Towing to anyone

I hit the ditch due to bad roads last night on Hwy 29, from the time I called them they showed up in just over an hour. I was very happy with the fast and professional service. Amazing CTS that came to pull me out and made sure my vehicle was drivable before leaving.

Had a flat tire on the truck and couldn’t get the spare down. Called for a tow and he they came and changed the tire quickly on the spot without needing to wait 2 hours for a tow. Absolute lifesavers! Thank you!!!

I stepped out of my car to clean the windshield and the car locked itself. After 8 on a Sunday evening in a small town East of Edmonton. The store hooked me up with Vegreville Towing and the driver himself answered. He was apologetic over the fact he couldn't get to me for at least an hour and I assured him I wasn't going anywhere in the meantime. He arrived in just over an hour. Nice nice guy, pleasant, appropriate and best of all knew what he was doing. Got the door open within a few minutes. Very reasonable price especially considering when it was, where it was, and how necessary it was for me to get into my car.Call these guys!

Had a motor home blow its water pump, Vegreville towing was great and affordable towing. Drivers where very friendly.

Very sadly and immaturely unorganized and very unprofessional I just recently had an incident with my first car it was in supposed to be insured to a different driver because I don't have my license yet I told them this and I asked him what all I needed they did not give me the proper information to contact them or the proper information to get my car back without having to be a big bill which of course I can't afford and especially when it costs just as much as the car now only after a few days I begged and pleaded and told them this situation considering it's not posted anywhere on the paperwork nor did they tell me verbally or anything that there would be any toys or such things as I would probably have created along way faster than 12 days very sad and professional not a good way to make people happy community not arguing or fighting it and then they don't tell them about the proper procedures on how to get it back when it is indeed their first vehicle it's not like it's my I've been a driver for 15 years

I was stranded and needed a tire. On a Sunday everything was closed. I needed a tire and they had it. Friendly reasonable did a very professional job. You could tell they have been in business a long time. Lots of experience. Have recommended them since and have had nothing but reasons to continue to recommend them.

Was heading east the morning of the worst snowfall so far this year, couldn't believe how quick and efficient they were to show up and get me out of the ditch. Don't plan" on being in the ditch outside of Veg again

Well in this cold snap over the past few days my car finally decided it had enough. Tonight, despite being plugged in, it would not start. I phoned these guys and they came over as soon as they finished a job they were on. Great customer service you guys, pretty amazing you still remember Eric and the vehicles we own. Made my night for sure even though I froze going in and out of the house trying everything I could to get my car started.
