Their doctors are pretty good, super professional, friendly and patient.Now, when it comes to follow ups and communication, they need significant improvements! I had to forward the SAME email 3 times to the SAME email address and they never cared to give me a call or reply to the email saying, hey we got it, don't worry.

I am currently recovering from a reaction to a medication equivalent to rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia together, after I told Dr. Cook my body was rejecting it. The medication has aspartame in it and I’m sensitive to many things. Dr. Cook recommended two treatments but didn’t tell me to do them together. After doing them separately, money was wasted, and I had poor results. I have found the greatest relief and progress from treatments I found on my own accord. They are not focused on outcomes or treatments but much more fixated on diagnostics.I am so glad they are there and could confirm my diagnosis. We need more clinics for people who have fallen through the cracks. However they have made me so incredibly angry over and over again. I waited two months for my first appointment only to be told they don’t have any record of an appointment booking. Dr. Cook sent a requisition but filled it in wrong. Then he never corrected it. No doubt he wanted me to pay for another visit. I had a referral when I walked in initially which should have resulted in a 30 min consultation covered by OHIP. It never happened and no correction was made to billing. They seem to be out to grab every buck with no regard to collateral damage. Get your diagnosis and get out.

Very disappointed with this clinic.Communication between clinic and patient is horrendous. It takes many days to receive a response, and that’s if youre lucky. You pay so much for care here, and no one actually cares.Impossible to get a hold of the doctor as well if you have questions, seems as though all they care about is taking your money.There is a constant turnover of staff, not sure why that is. Maybe it’s an indication of how the clinic is run. Would not recommend this place.

P3 Health always go the extra mile to show that they care. When visiting the clinic, I feel like I'm treated as an individual and not just the next patient in line. The staff and doctors are extremely friendly and make visiting the clinic a surprisingly enjoyable experience.

Dr Cook and his staff ,are both very caring, and very competent. As a patient you can quickly tell there is a genuine level of concern for all aspects of personal care. They follow up on all interactions thoroughly, and in a timely manner. They set a new standard of care which should be the benchmark to achieve. You know you are in good hands with Dr Tim Cook, and the wonderful staff at P3 health. I wish every facility could be this good.

P3/Totalis Health is Andra Campitelli and her husband Dr. Tim Cook. They overcharged by thousands, underserved, my health saw no improvements, their support staff are by far the worst I've ever encountered. They rarely responded to my inquiries, if they did it was weeks later and would only address partial concerns. Stay away.

Went to an interview today.. waited 25 min.Not one person approached me to let me know that maybe they were behind... very unprofessional! No communication no compaction, very cold. Thank God I leftYou need more compassionate people working there!

This clinic really needs to work on communication. Someone should not have to wait 2-3 weeks to get a doctor on the phone. Especially when it’s one of their patients and it’s putting their care on hold. For the price you charge, you need to do better. Really disappointed with the care received.
