Proceed with Caution!!!The owner will not fix his alteration mistakes, he gets super defensive and offers NO SERVICE at all.I read the reviews for this place and decided to give it a try. The gentleman that owns the place was pleasant when I dropped off my stuff for alterations but when I picked it up and was not happy with the result, the pleasantries were out the window. Not only did he not want to help resolve the errors he made, he was very clear that he was not open to negative feedback. I would never go back to this place and advise everyone to proceed with absolute caution. If you are looking to support a small business, venture beyond this establishment, he makes it clear that he does not need your business or care about his service quality. This business is A for AWFUL!

HABIB IS AWESOME! Professional attitude and Service, he is a man of his word, he takes care of business, fixes problems, and is not afraid to go the extra mile to make his customers happy. Highly recommend! (he is also very nice!

I've had two summer dresses shortened here and both times the work has been excellent and clean. He even saved me the extra fabric that was cut from the dress so I can use it as a scarf or belt!

GREAT job by the owner. Seriously fantastic I didn't think it would turn out this great. He made an XXL Gucci jacket that was WAY too big fit perfectly, all while making it seem fresh from the store with no signs of tampering. Not to mention he was the CHEAPEST tailor I could find! Best quality service, highly recommended to everyone.

I don’t even know how to sew and I am almost certain I could have done a better repair job. It looks like someone put a patch on and ran it over with a sewing machine 100 times. It probably took him 2 minutes to do. When I initially brought in my pants the owner insisted he knew what I wanted and pushed that I get it patched because it will be a stronger seam. Little did I know he would make my pants look arguably worse than before. I went to inquire about the process and he got all defensive and blamed the whole thing on me and didn’t even try and help. Do your self a favour and bring your clothing somewhere else.

Honestly best tailor in Canada. The gentleman that does alterations here is literally an award winning tailor, check the Harry Rosen plaque on the wall.. and honestly the alterations are incredible quality and you get what you asked for, and it’s cheap.. that’s why he’s always so busy.

I brought a men's suit (pants and jacket) that were way too big for me and needed lots of work, as well as another suit jacket that had a tear in the back. Habib offered me a few options at different price points for the repair and he was able to rush the suit job to do it in 1 week since I was attending a wedding. He's very friendly and did an amazing job all around. Will definitely keep returning here.

Habib is very helpful and always puts the customer first. I specifically went to get a sweater altered down a size. They did that perfectly at VIP Tailors & Dry Cleaners. If you need any alterations done, I highly recommend VIP Tailors & Dry Cleaners!

I had a really important meeting coming up and every dry cleaning place in the area turned me away saying my timeline was too tight. VIP not only got it done, but went way above and beyond to make sure I got my clothes back on time and looking amazing. Definitely would recommend.
