Jessica is honestly the best psychologist I have ever been to (and I have been to a lot!). She is young enough that she can understand challenges faced by young adults and teens but old enough that she has tons of wisdom and experience. Straight to the point and gives the BEST advice. Very knowledgable in theory and applies this to her practice so you know you are getting evidence informed psych.

Jessica is wonderful. I actually look forward to our sessions. She is super easy to chat with, she's funny, makes you comfortable, and very relatable while being professional. She really helps simplify the issues to help you understand why you feel a certain way and how to direct your thoughts to get where you want to be. She is seriously life changing! I am so very thankful for her. I cannot recommend her enough!
