Chuck and his crew did the shingles on our new home. They were fast, professional, courteous, and did a great job. Fair pricing. They were absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend.

Poor communication, waited a long time for job to start, aggressive about receiving payment, could go on but would not recommend.

We had an issue where we had water due to ice damming this past winter. Elite was the only co that was able to look at the roof and see the issue. The request for quote was addressed quickly, they were professional and pricing fair. Elite gave us a date and actually beat their own date! The crew was efficient, polite and super clean. I have not found 1 roofing nail around the outside of the house. The job was completed quickly and any concerns were quickly addressed. We think think did a great job and would most definitely recommend!

The team at Elite are hands down fantastic. They were responsive with emails and quotes, flexible with viewing colors and they ALWAYS gave me a long and detailed email about the products used and any questions I had. They were on time and on schedule, they were clean and tidy (covering every vulnerable window and our entire garage door, our patio, all lawn and walkways) and they were less expensive for a better quality product than anyone else! They showed up with 10+ guys at 7am and had our large roof done and cleaned up by 1pm. They moved our patio furniture for us, got every single nail and blew out the driveway, walkways and grass. They cleaned our gutters and ran the magnets through our lawn. They made an effort to protect our house and even roped off newly planted grass while informing the guys to be careful, and other than their nice sign out front, you would never have known they were there.Their install job was beautiful, with straight lines, 5-6 nails per shingle and clean straight edges. The caulking was a perfect match to our existing flashing and the fit/finish of everything is excellent. I am a very picky person when it comes to ascetics, and this company nailed it!

We got a brand new roof installed, and after installation our skylights started to leak - which they did not before.After a year of following up, and many empty promises about fixing the issue, they never followed through and left us with a leaking skylight.We were as patient as possible, and they were unresponsive, and NEVER did what they said they would do.

No words can express the level of service I received from Chuck. Same day roof inspection for a time sensitive matter with a turbine issue I was having. He was able to accommodate my time sensitive roofing concern the same day, write up a report and make recommendation on how to fix the issue. It was a pleasure to work with Chuck and I will continue to work with him and refer him to all my friends and family for any roofing needs. Thanks Chuck!

I highly recommend these guys - they did an awesome job on my roof and left my property spotless when they were done - the entire crew worked hard while they were here. Love my new roof!

We are extremely happy with our new roof. Elite's team did a great job and left our property cleaner than they found it. They were in and out by early afternoon and we couldn't be more impressed. I would definitely recommend Elite Roofing every time.
