I bent my lower right a arm Saturday night. Texted Jason the owner to see if they had the part Sunday morning. By noon I knew they had the part and even though they were closed I had a part waiting boxed and ready to go Sunday​night on my way through smithers called Tuesday and paid and road the week thanks guy it is much appreciated

Trails North is one of the best places I've ever purchased anything. They go above and beyond. Everybody in there is very nice and very helpful. Jason the owner has made this a great place. As a family man I love going there and seeing that himself and his wife work there and quite often there young kids are running around. As far as the equipment they sell, it is top notch sales and service. Jason goes out of his way to help you get exactly what you need or want at the price your looking to spend. He even went out of his way to deliver my 2 new quads to my house for me, full of gas. Then gave the first service free. And Kyle the service manager is so knowledgeable and helpful. He will do everything in his power to get you in and out of the shop as quickly as possible and at the lowest price to you. This family ran business is what all businesses should strive to be like. It has been a year now since I first bought my quads there. I always go there for anything and I will continue to. I will definitely buy my next quad here and would recommend this place to anyone.

Good job on the custom chains for the saw, fixed up two faster than your time estimate.Also learned something new, and important, about sled function while waiting on the chains.

I don't use their services much, but when I do I find knowledgeable staff and always find the thing I'm looking for.

Dropped off two sled clutches for a cleaning and replacement parts. They were busy, however, still had them ready to go for me to play on the weekend. Friendly, informative and they even gave me a little break on the labour cost. ;)
