BE WARE If your on a condominium board stay away from this company they quote you one price but have all kinds of different “service charges” that they don’t disclose upfront. Not an honest company

The worst company to work with.They had been overcharging our condominium for years thank goodness we got other quotesThey charged us close to $40000 and we found several other quotes for $1500These are our homes It’s not fair a company tries to take it advantage of homeowners.Nothing lower than one or I would rate them lessStay away
