Bought a vape from them and it doesn’t haul good at all and I called them and they said only thing they can do is give me 15% off my next purchase that’s not good enough for me that’s not how you do things

Incredibly bad customer service by the young guy with glasses and long hair. Disrespectful, clearly isn't there to provide good customer service. Avoid this place if you're looking for good service. They know they have a captive customer base and it shows.I'd like to say this to the manager: today, your employee and his attitude cost you a longtime and good client (>$100/week). I've found a site online and I'll purchase from there from now on.Your industry is dying. Your attitude only accelerates its decline.
