George Little House
George Little was the founder of the city of Terrace in Canada's province of British Columbia. We passed the city in July 2019 while travelling to Prince Rupert by VIA Rail, and stopped at the station for a few minutes. The land and building for the station was donated by George Little in the 1910s. The house is now the station's visitor center and and souvenir shop.

The lady that works there is soo friendly and knowledgeable and caring about her workplace. The place itself is a real gem with a great art deco train to take you east or west and fantastically friendly train staff.

Stopped in on my travels from work , not only did I get to learn alot about the history of the area I also had great conversation with the people running the place. If you are in the area and need to find out anything this is the place too go ! Will be back on my next trip out

A pleasant train station and gift shop. If you're travelling between Prince Rupert and Prince George and you're looking for a snack, drink, souvenir, or glimpse of Terrace's local history, do stop in.
