If you know what you are looking for odds are they will have it. The reason for the 3 star is customer service. Shelf tags are rarely accurate so you will need to check prices on the website, as well the staff know alot about computers but when it comes to time management they are terrible. It wasn't just one time where I just needed to checkout and the reps wouldn't even look at me. Like I worked customer service and I know some customers will need more time than others but if your spending 20 minutes with someone trying to build a computer and you have a line up of people waiting to checkout, odds are the person you're helping is understanding of you need to take 5 minutes to clean out the line.

This is just about the best place in down to get all your computer bits and pieces. It can sometimes be tricky to get some help, but once you get an associate’s attention they tend to be plenty friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are in line with online vendors. I like that you can order from one of their other locations and pick it up locally. You can often get an excellent deal on refurb and demo laptops, easily beating online sellers.

This place is fantastic for buying a laptop. Even the staff is so helpful. Dan helped me to buy a laptop within my budget with so many options. Dan has so much knowledge he answered all my questions regarding the purchase.

Doesn't price match with visions electronics even though the item was in stock and available online. Apparently the lady said they don't have physical stock in the Kitchener store so she can't price match it. So I had to go all the way to visions to buy it. Anyway their website policy says they are supposed to price match even online stock as long as they are a competitor.So pretty much that was a waste of time for me because employee of the month was trying to save every penny.

I would give this Canada Computers location 6 stars if I could. I brought my computer in for repair and was met with Robin and another gentleman (whose name I unfortunately forget) who were incredibly nice as they helped me with my GPU issue. Highly recommend anyone looking for anything computer related to visit. You will be met with not only very knowledgeable people, but excellent customer service!

Absolutely amazing service the guys at the counter boosted my energy in building PC's just great for the repair team I got to build the first PC in my life as I provided the picture for thanks again

Great experience. I bought a laptop that I was very pleased with. However, there was a problem and it needed to be returned. Robin had some advice, and got me sorted out with a minimum of fuss, and I left with a laptop I was even happier with.I really appreciate how friendly and professional everyone I deal with is when I go there.

Worst Customer ServicePlease read all and decide for yourself.I was at this store today 04/08/2023 at 11:57am and Rep/Cashier Candice as it was a lady not a man named Curtis that was checking us out. From the start she was very rude and we will not be shopping here again.We went to pick up 3D filament and at the register noticed that the one white silk 1kg filament was not air tight. When we tried telling Candice that the role was open she wouldn't listen, so my husband told her that he would go check if the other role was sealed. She took the box and threw it behind her.When he was gone I asked her how much the 2 spools of filament came too as it seamed a bit high for what the prices on the shelf said. The red was the correct price but the white was not. I told her that the price on the shelf said $24.99. She told me that the role must have been moved on the shelf and not her problem.Now I work in retail and know the law regarding The Scanning Code of Practice. The filaments were arranged by brand and colour. Each one had a different price tag except for the brand of white we were trying to purchase. There were 4 or 5 different colours with only 1 tag saying $24.99When my husband came back he said the other one wasn't sealed and that they were all garbage as the seal is to protect the filament from moisture.The response we received was well my manager doesn't listen to my complaints so it doesn't mater.

This store has really gone down hill over the years. You usually have to wait for staff to finish their chats" before they help you. I always feel like I'm inconveniencing them by being there and they are not afraid to make it clear. Not very knowledgeable
