I bought a used car from them in early 2021. The whole experience was great and easy. The car always ran great. A couple of years later, my car has an oil consumption problem due to the manufacturer's defective engines (not an issue independent to my car). I called Carmatch and spoke with Yonnas and he just went above and beyond. He talked on the phone with me for 30 minutes and gave me very comprehensive suggestions and many different routes for a solution. He knew things I would not have thought of and answered all my questions thoroughly. In addition he made sure that he was reachable for me to talk to about the situation anytime. They truly care about their customers and have tons of industry knowledge. Thanks guys!

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk last August. It was a great purchase… BUT… I now know what to ask when buying a new vehicle. My husband and I took it for a drive a month and a half later and the battery died while we were out.We are currently (today) working on replacing all sets of brakes right now. The corrosion was very bad. It looks like it has the original brakes on it. Wasn’t happy the fact that it passed the safety because my mechanic wouldn’t have ever passed this.Moral of the story… check out your vehicle underneath when taking it home.The purchase was very stress free, but I think the safety was very rushed. Not cool.

Amazing service from Yonnas and Zack! I was looking for a car and I had a car to trade in, I was browsing on auto trader and saw the car that I wanted for years and it was at car match, and when I went in to take a look at it in person, Zack greeted me at the door with a big smile and was so polite, he introduced me to Yonnas who was also so sweet and he helped me get my car within a couple days of putting a down payment on it and gave me a great price for my trade in. When I picked the car up it was cleaner than a whistle and even smelt amazing (who doesn’t like that new car smell). I only have good words for the service I received from everyone at car match and would recommend it to anyone whose looking to buy a car with or without a trade in.

Terrible, rude and a complete waste of my time!!I Originally signed up on Thursday for more info, was contacted by text and email on Friday, I tried replying with no success as Jason said he was too busy to get back to me.Saturday morning Jason calls me to which I informed him I was busy over the long weekend and told him to reach out Tuesday. Only for him to say “We won’t have the loan anymore Tuesday so I won’t be able to help”How does a car loan business not secure a loan for more than 1 day. I would not waste another moment on this business.
