However, their complete disregard for my concerns and repeated failure to respond to my inquiries left me feeling ignored and helpless.Not only did they fail to address my specific questions about the whereabouts of my damaged wheels, but they also provided evasive and unhelpful responses. Their lack of transparency and willingness to provide updates only prolonged the resolution process, causing me unnecessary financial loss and distress.Furthermore, my attempts to contact the store via phone calls were met with empty promises from the manager, who never returned my calls despite multiple assurances. This level of disregard for a customer in need is both unprofessional and disrespectful.I strongly advise others to steer clear of UPS Store 73. Their lack of accountability, customer service, and urgency in resolving issues is a clear indication of their poor management and disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience by choosing an alternative shipping provider or store that values its customers and takes responsibility for their actions.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend UPS Store 73 to anyone. UPS did not deliver an important package to my housebound aunt (not sure why). Instead, it was left at a nearby UPS store for her to pickup (which was impossible). I reached out to UPS and the store where the package had been left. After multiple phone calls, with no apparent timely resolution, the store employee eventually called me to say she would deliver the package to my elderly aunt on her personal time on her way home. WOW! Although I was very disappointed that the package wasn't delivered in the first place, I was overwhelmed with gratitude to the employee at UPS store #73 in Aurora, ON who volunteered to go above and beyond. Had an amazing experience with The UPS Store on Yonge Street in Aurora. They printed 4x6 cards that I needed for a baby shower much a faster than anticipated, within a couple of hours! They also called me to notify of an error in the files that I sent, saving me the cost of the reprint. Excellent quality of the final product.Would 10/10 recommend.

I went in this UPS location to pick up my package, and then I asked about printing services that they offer and they also do copy and scanning, they have list (lots) of services that they offer that I don't know before, I couldn't also believe that they also offer passport photo services. I like going in this UPS location because they offer different types of printing services, where you can save time, money and effort. Thank you for them for being nice, once you are at the door they will greet you even though they are still with other clients (just to let you know that you are next/acknowledge you).
