I’m absolutely disgusted by this clinic. It took me over a month, lots of emails, and phone calls to even get my first appointment set up. After my first appointment, everything slowly started to go downhill.I needed to have some surveys sent to me to fill out and I never received them. It took me going to my appointment and telling them that I never got the surveys for them to be sent (and yes, I of course emailed asking for the surveys with no response). After that, I had to wait another week to actually have the appointment. After that appointment, their receptionist wasn’t in so they couldn’t book my next appointment. I had called 27 times on one day with zero response. I also sent out 3 emails trying to get my next appointment set up as well as trying to find out any information about a new prescription I was supposed to start that was NEVER SENT OUT. After I wrote them a strongly worded email, they emailed me back within an hour trying to cover their *** with every reason as to why I hadn’t heard back yet and that they “called me and left a message” when they actually did not. After getting all that “dealt” with, we had yet another mess up. I was supposed to start ANOTHER type of medication, but AGAIN, the prescription was never sent out. And of course, I’m trying to email and call with ZERO response. On my last appointment with this dr, (honestly I’m questioning how I’m even calling him that) he was so quick to ask/suggest me switching drs because he didn’t like to hear me tell him how unprofessional his reception team is. There was never an apology from the dr, never even tried to figure out what was going on, but instead, basically dropped me because he didn’t want to deal with the issue. I was waiting over 2 months for medications that I “needed” and still do not have them.I have never been so disappointed in a dr before. This practice is honestly a joke. They simply do not care.I could go on and on about every thing that went wrong, but that that point, I’d be writing a novel. Do yourself a favour and get your dr to refer you to someone else. Do not waste your time, energy, and mental health trying to deal with these people. This whole situation lead to increased anxiety, lots of panic attacks, increased feelings of helplessness, and just a whole lot of confusion. It simply boggles my mind how a psychiatric clinic can play such mind games with their mentally ill patients when they are trying to get the proper help to get better. At the end of all of this, I was left back at square one. No help, not properly medicated, and left to deal with this on my own.So again, DO NOT GO HERE!

Legit worst Doctor i’ve ever seen. I’ve been waiting since november to go up in my meds and have them changed. even asked my family MD to try and contact him and have heard nothing. I’m struggling and he doesn’t care

Sadly never answers phone calls , email no longer exists and there is no office anymore. Been trying to reach him for months now in regards to several issues. I would recommend him , if they actually answered their phones.

June, 2019: 3 Stars: I saw Dr. R for a year, and appreciate what he did for me in that time. He diagnosed me with ADHD for the first time in my life at 18, and sent me on a journey of self discovery. But I have to say that I became increasingly frustrated over the course of that year, and moved on mid-summer, 2018, to other options.I found Dr. R incredibly hard to talk to for multiple reasons, including but not limited to his accent, and his eagerness to explain my emotions to me as I was describing them. He would interrupt me to sum up what I was saying in a very clinical way - almost as if he was just trying to connect everything to what he had read under the symptoms of depression or ADHD. I didn't feel supported by him, as I do now with my current help. Rather, I felt as if I was being told I had to make change in my life, or told there were things wrong with me that needed fixing, and then given a medication based on his interpretation of my emotional state and told good luck

I am sorry I didn't read the reviews on Dr. Rajhowa ahead of time. The bad reviews are well deserved.

The Dr. Has no compassion and instead of giving us tools to help my family he just said well I only get 20 minutes and left us in Crisis. He is the most uncaring, thoughtless Dr. And over my dead body will I ever allow my family to deal with him. He should not be practicing medicine.

Dr Raj has been helping my family since i was a child. He got treatment for my brother and I for separate issues as children. I recently found out that he was still practicing, so i brought my son there for an assessment. I am now bringing my other child there too. He keeps his knowledge up to date and is thorough when accessing the person for diagnosis. He uses visuals to explain how your brain works and how he can help.

Dr. Raj is great, he listens well and explained his way of thinking so you understand what the root of the problem is and why he’s recommending the specific treatment for you. He even gave me great resources so I can continue educating & helping myself. The reason I give it 2 stars is that it’s very difficult to book an appointment, or even get a response from his administration. I’ve worked as an MOA for 3 years so I know firsthand how busy it can get and how things can be forgotten from time to time but there is no excuse for the lack of communication from them.Ex: Dr. Raj asked to see me in October 2020 to follow-up and see how I’ve been doing and renew my medication, so the admin booked an appointment and emailed me the date and time, which was for 4pm. I emailed back asking for an earlier time that day or another day altogether as I was working at 4pm and after about 3 weeks and 2 follow-up emails later they responded saying they changed my appointment time to 12:15 and he will call then (which was perfect!) Unfortunately Dr. Raj didn’t get the memo and called me at 4:30 for my appointment. When I told him the appointment time was for 12:15 and I unfortunately cannot speak right now as I’m working alone at the front desk, he politely apologized and said his team would contact me to rebook. This was at the end of November. They never did contact me. After about 3 weeks of waiting I tried calling/emailing several times every couple weeks to reschedule and got no response. At this point I was completely out of my medication and it took 2 weeks for my pharmacist to get a new script from my family doctor as Dr. Raj’s office wasn’t responding to their faxes. It is now end of March and I have STILL not heard back from his admin to rebook that appointment.Absolutely awful, these admin should be ashamed of themselves.

Impossible to get ahold of… every single time. One time I only got through because they picked up the phone by accident while trying to call someone
