Placed and paid for order online, went to pick up order and they hadn’t even started to prepare it. Waited over 40 minutes. Won’t be back!

̶G̶o̶o̶d̶ ̶s̶u̶s̶h̶i̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶a̶ ̶d̶e̶c̶e̶n̶t̶ ̶p̶r̶i̶c̶e̶Edit: I've been going to this place for easily 15+ years without issue. Recently, I go in person to order their new-ish combo called Combo Quebec" (its existed for about 6 months) and they tell me the combo does not exist even though it would have been the 6th time I order that exact combo from that exact location.I then order that exact combo online from my car and go back inside to pick it up. Then they proceed to get angry stating that the combo does not exist and that they will not make it for me and that I need to cancel my order. I argue that the combo does in fact exist and it was not the first time I ordered it from them.There is no where for me to cancel an order. Not on the website

It used to be great, I used to go all the time, but it changed drastically over the past months. Either you have to wait for hours to get an order, either you get horrible service. The last time I went, the employees were talking very loud in Chinese, their conversation was way more important than serving me. I used to go once a week, everything was great, clean and fast. The cashier took some sauces out, some had leaked so instead of giving me a good one, she went to rince the little cup of sauce with water and gave it to me all wet, wet filthy mâ sauces, let's not talk about the filthy floors! I asked her politely and with a smile to change my dRippy dirty sauces and she say noooo they clean, I put water now while making Chinese jokes to her employes, were not in a nail salon here, it's rude and it's gross. When ordering sushi, you expect cleanliness. Lastly, it would be great to serve customer in a decent English or French, because I don't care, I'll speak both, but at least speak one of them, or hire a cashier who speaks another language. Sadly, I'll never go again, unless there's a change of employees or owners.

Absolutely disgusted by the tapioca pearls,1. It’s flavourless2. Its not even cooked properlyI’m highly disappointed because I even ordered extra because i love tapioca pearls,In the end it’s indigestible,The tea itself was fine but I was super disappointed, save your 8 dollars and go somewhere else

I love sushi shop for its innovation. However the wait times at all locations is just crazy!! I feel like there is a lack of organization. And if I order my meal via the app and have already paid, I dont feel like I should have to wait in line 10 plus minutes just to pick up. The whole point of ordering in advance is to avoid waiting..my recommendation is to have a seperate pick.up counter!
