I used Patricia to book my first “post pandemic” getaway and I can’t say enough for how happy I am that I did! Not only did she find me the PERFECT hotel that checked all my requirements, she helped me to make sure flights of both parties (coming from different countries) synced up perfectly, and she helped navigate me through the different protocols regarding Covid so that everything moved seamlessly. She was also always extremely helpful in answering my questions and suggesting activities. I will use Patricia at Expedia Cruises for all my travel!!

Mitali was very professional and at the same time was very friendly and helped us understand all the intricacies of cruising including what needs to be pre-booked before the cruise and what kind of preparations are needed before taking the cruise. Her advice and help was invaluable for us as first time cruisers! She even printed and handed over our boarding passes and luggage tags! Worked with Janice over the past few months. She is super responsive and professional. We were booking a wedding cruise for the entire family (8 staterooms with 18 people) and she did all the bookings for us efficiently and without errors. Unfortunately the wedding was canceled by Carnival so Janice had to cancel our bookings for us, even then she did it so quick to ensure we get our refund quickly. Any future cruise vacation I will be sure to reach out to Janice once again!

I have had the pleasure of having Kathy Klassen as my travel agent for almost 10 years. If you would like white glove service where all the details of trip planning are taken care, Kathy is the person. She is detail oriented, very professional and responsive to any questions I have ever had. Over the years, Kathy has planned numerous trips for us and our group of friends- for domestic and overseas travel. She has never failed us-she once had to help us find new flight mid travel when the airline cancelled our flight! We had a trip scheduled during Covid-19 and Kathy worked tirelessly with the vendor to have our trip rescheduled twice. I sincerely appreciate Kathy's help and her dedication to her job. She has taken the guess work out of trip planning and make sure our time on any vacation booked with her is worth the travel. Thank you very much Kathy!

Big thank you to Liz Boysen from Expedia Cruise Sherwood park. She booked us a cruise to Norway which was subsequently cancelled due to Covid. She was able to guide us through this process and rebooked us last May/Jun. She was able to answer all our questions about the preboarding process post Covid and reassure us. Fantastic cruise! April 2023 Liz booked us a Panama Canal cruise from Ft Lauderdale to Vancouver on Holland America. We flew to Seattle but the second leg of our journey was cancelled due to flooding in Ft Lauderdale Liz promptly answered her phone after hours and quickly managed to book us a hotel and rebook a flight for us. Thank you Liz for saving the day. We were grateful we were able to get to the ship as it was a fantastic journey. We will not hesitate to contact Liz to arrange future cruises

Booked with Linda SalterRecently went on a trip to Disney World. With covid, we were hesitant to travel, but Linda shared great insight with traveling during the pandemic. She updated us with what tests we needed for entry to Canada and the States. We ended up having a little trouble with one of our covid tests, so we contacted her and within minutes she responded and found a place to get testing. She also booked all our flights, hotels and Park passes. It was a breeze working with her, if you are looking for a travel agent I recommend her.
