We bought all of our rings from here even before a new company took over. Paid for warranty twice and spent at least $8000 on rings here. Today I brought my rings in because the diamond from the band fell off only to be told because the rings weren’t up to date, I would have to pay for the cost of the diamond that needs to be replaced. Covid has been challenging already, you would think they would allow some sort of pass ESPECIALLY when warranty is purchased. Truly disappointed with the experience I’ve had today.

I love this store. The sales reps aren't pushy at all, are kind and helpful. They treat you with respect and dont judge you for your age or apperance, which sadly is so common in jewlery stores. In turn, I bought a 24 italian gold rope chain from them with lifetime warranty. Their warranty is AMAZING. Customer service is top notch. And once i figure out the managers name

Today we accompanied a close friend to traverse the Willowbrook Mall in search of an engagement ring. There are several jewellers in there—some were aloof and disinterested, some were overly aggressive and pushy. All of them were attended just once, except for Ben Moss.Upon our third trip there in a single afternoon, and assisted by the lovely, kind, and extremely helpful Ladan, a gorgeous ring purchase was made. She was an excellent salesperson with the right balance of helpful detailed intricacies and detached disengagement in order for the client to figure out what corresponded best to their heart’s desire.An excellent salesperson (thank you, Ladan), and a wonderfully pleasant experience for the three of us.

The service I got at Ben Moss was outstanding. Mj was the man who helped us and did a great and amazing job. He was very friendly and professional treated me and my now fiance like family. He actually cared about what we wanted and were interested in. The warranty that is free already goes amazingly well with the extra warranty which is very affordable. We plan on going back for my wedding band. I highly recommend this place and talking to Mj. I can not recommend this place enough for service and what they have to offer.

Absolutely terrible .I sent to repair a chain . The repair was bad. They use different metal to repair. Look really bad like a broken car part.On top of that the service counter personnel was ok with it . They said it's not a big deal .I rejected the repair and re send to be repair.Hope they get it .If you need service done . Do not use Ben Moss . Bad experience.

She was friendly, kind, incredibly helpful and had just the right amount of suggestions and information. Best experience yet! Thank you so much for the perfect experience. Avoid them unless you want what is essentially costume quality jewelry at high prices. My daughter had the earrings 3 weeks before they snapped in half. When I went in, I was told there was nothing they could do.PS - since I don't know how to replay to a response, I'll edit my original response to add that I'm not sure what additional details you would want to know other than the above. If you are of the belief that your jewellery will only last 3 weeks (as the clerk seemed perfectly happy with and you seem to be ignoring) then that is your right as a business. A specific thing you might improve would be the quality of the goods you sell.

My husband purchased my engagement ring and 2 wedding bands from Ben moss willowbrook along with the lifetime" warranties for all 3 rings.These were not by any means cheap purchases and the warranties were not cheap either. We were extremely upset to find that all 3 warranties that were purchased were now no longer valid. I had already lost a stone on my engagement ring when it was about 6 months old which thankfully at that time it was covered.I will never ever make a large purchase like this again with Ben Moss as they cannot be trusted with any type of warranties."
