I bought a lift recliner in December 2021, for $2200.00. It has been broken - the leg lift doesn’t work- and I have been waiting for it to be repaired for fully two months. It took weeks for a service person to come see the chair, he said it couldn’t be repaired here, it needed to go to the shop, then I was told a part was needed & I’ve been waiting for two weeks or more for the part. It’s horrible customer service & I’m never buying anything there again, since I’m out over $2K & can’t seem to get this chair fixed , and they won’t replace it of course.

Lawrence plaza location. I’ve been to the store several times and I’ve always found the staff to be uninterested and unfriendly. Recently bought a blood pressure machine that fits on your cuff traded and found that if it was reading me correctly I’d be dead. To return it today. The girl who served in the front had her back to the counter as I waited again no interest in serving me no hello no smile no nothing except a scowl. I told her I’d like to return the item she asked me if I do used it when I told her that I had in order to see if I liked it work properly she took it apart again without a word and then asked me for my receipt. You would think I was stealing money out of her own pocket. Never asked me if I’d like to look at another product

Just got out of surgery and my surgical office ran out of the post-operation boot in my size. They called around many different medical supply stores to see availability and size stock. This Wellwise location gave full certainty that they have a multitude of sizes of this post operation boot in stock. We drove 1 hour post-operation just to arrive and realize they have nothing of the sorts or even similar as to what we needed and had been confirmed over the phone by them & my surgeon. The staff acted clueless and rude when we asked for guidance to find the product in store, as if we were asking for something out of this world. They made us feel be-littled and offered no help to find a solution or another option to help considering I was 4 hours post-op and limping with one foot. Very very annoyed at the fact! Please educate your employees so they don’t give false information to customers and medical staff. Wasting people’s time, rude customer service, and no product knowledge.

Jackie is a very knowledgeable associate and has been a big help. She took the timeout to listen and understand my needs. She's professional and caring and it shows in the way she handles her clients. Thanks Jackie for making my experience a great one under the circumstances!

Ordered a walking boot for my ankle that wasn’t in stock. Got it 2 weeks later and it was the wrong size than what I asked for. Due to their policy I wasn’t able to return and was stuck with the bigger size.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. What an absolute disaster of a place. The people who work here are positively miserable and completely rude every single time I have had to come here nobody wants to help you and nobody cares. I came last night to grab something I had put on hold at 5:55. First of all what place closes at 6 everyday you practically have to book a day off to even come here. At 5:55 the door was open a woman was coming to lock the door I got out of my car and ran to the door pleading with her to keep it open. She shut the door in my face and turned around and walked the other way even when I knocked on the glass she didn't even look back. I will build my own products before having to come back to this horrific establishment. Do NOT waste your time coming here. Please go somewhere else.

Was advised by my doctor to purchase a aircast boot. Explained to an associate that my injury as explained by my doctor was more than likely one thing but he was not ruling out a fracture. There for I NEED to purchase an aircast. The associate went on to say that item is expensive and since I don't know what my injury is I don't need the item. I came all the way there to purchase this item under a doctors advice, so yeah I NEED IT! I'm pretty sure I have the money since I work! I asked for the item again and she said she will look the back. After standing in pain for several minutes the associate comes back to say they don't have my size (at this point I don't believe anything). So I searched for another location in the area who has this item. They were happy to help, professional, listened, didn't assume I can't afford it and helped me try it on. Terrible customer service, if you have to go here get what you want and leave without talking to anyone.

I was in need of an Air Cast ankle support. Long ship date from Amazon. I called this Wellwise store on the way home in taxi from rehab. YOUAN answered the phone and was so helpful with information. I stopped into the store and he was there to help, explain the product and put the boot on my foot and showed me how to secure it. Made my day!!! The CPAP Consultant Eric is amazing! Professional and helpful, he is also honest and responsible that he called me back a few weeks when a CPAP is available. Although I didn't end up being his client, I would still recommend him to everyone who requires a CPAP machine, you will be in good hands!

Terrible customer service, one of those places you go into and instantly feel like you're a burden to staff there. They don't bother to discuss your needs with you, and give vague answers, like they don’t even care about your health, or even the sale itself. Its quite bad when you consider that this is a store mainly for the injured, sick and elderly. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
