The most terrible insurance brokers Ever!! Let me tell you this...after I signed insurance contract with them and paid for the all year, a week later without inform me they changed my policy and they jacked the price up. The reason they gave me is funny I got my G class license 2005 instead of 2004 due to that reason my insurance is up no other reason " Lol now they harassing me to pay extra. How can they change the policy with out giving for their customer a choice if I continue with the newly charged policy or not? How can they approve every thing without my signature?they are crooks. I refused to pay now they send me a letter every month they are going to counsel my Insurance policy before my year up. See you at court will insurance. Be careful every one. They are terrible."

Apparently some internal issues with their vm system. Left 4 messages, he only got 1 of them 4 days later. Very frustrating. David did handle the issue instantly once we spoke.

Will insurance always has the answers to all my questions and within the same day. Their advice is priceless, and being in tecumseh town these companies rely on their reputation to keep you as a client. Unlike the city or 1800 numbers or dot coms. I'm a traditionalist when it comes to certain business transactions. You should too

Spoke with Don Ascott during my visit and was pleasantly surprised. Also note that I was there as they partner with Ives Insurance so I wasn't dealing directly with Will insurance but my experience was still very nice.The offices are beautiful and despite the fact that nobody likes having to pay for insurance the fact that we pretty much have no choice but to have it means at some point you'll have to deal with an agent somewhere.At least during my visit people were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and able to get done what I needed done so I could get back about my day.Definitely worth a stop in or a phone call if you are shopping for insurance.
