I have ordered many times and the recipient has sent me pic and it has always looked beautiful. This past order I picked the wrong date, they caught that the card said “Mother’s Day” and called to verify the date with me!That is great customer service!

I ordered flowers, a teddy bear and a balloon for my good friend's 65th birthday. I upgraded the flowers, my order came to $120. It was advertised that I would get 15% off of my order, which I didn't receive. My friend didn't get the balloon with the order, and as you can see in the attached photo of the order, I do not believe that the flowers were worth 75$.My friend's birthday was May 7th...I had to order the delivery date for May 6th. I was disappointed with the customer service mostly. She told me it was my fault that I didn't receive the 15% off because I probably didn't put it in at the checkout! When there is a discount offered, it should be worked in to the final price at the checkout.? Then she proceeded to tell me that I was 4 days late since I had orderedThem so it was too late. I said well I only had them delivered on last weekend. So, your complaints are only good for a few days? And this was the beginning of the week. So, all and all, I wasn't satisfied with the order and probably will never order from them again!

Was initially worried about getting flowers via Canada Flowers' website; however, I was very pleasantly surprised. I was getting them delivered, so I was worried about whether they would arrive on time and if the arrangement would be as expected as online. While I was not notified when they would be out for delivery (only that my order was processed), I had received news the following day that the delivery had gone smoothly from the intended receiver. I am extremely happy with the final result!!! Thanks so much! :)

Once again I used Canada Flowers to send some Easter flowers. Once again the recipient was thrilled!! Price is good. Product is great. Try this company. You won't be disappointed.

My cousin is the proprietor and founder of floral culture. She runs an amazing GTA online and retail floral store. Based on my experiences with other online florists, you pay exorbitant prices for barely any flowers or variety.That is why I am giving 5 Stars to Floral Culture for offering decent price points for a huge beautiful bouquet and many options.I definitely recommend floral culture above all stores!

Ordering from CanadaFlowers.ca was very easy and I was pleased with the wide variety of lovely choices. I was aware that the arrangement might be a bit different than pictured on their website, and that the container might be different. I was hoping for the white basket with the handle as on the website, but the flowers were delivered in a round white container with a support ring around the bottom, I think because the arrangement was large and top-heavy for the container (see photo). Having said that, the recipient thought it was gorgeous, and it included more roses than I expected, so I was happy with the actual flowers included. I would definitely order from them again. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the different container, and because perhaps a larger alternate container could have been used to balance the size of the arrangement.
