Austin greeted us and gave us a tour of the facility. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Facility is clean, well-ventilated, and well-managed. Getting into our unit is an easy and organized process. Great location!

The customer service has been amazing experience with them especially with Shaine. As a hearing-impaired person, it's particularly important that I understood the instructions. He was patient and did not hesitate to answer or repeat questions/information for my understanding. The prices have been very reasonable with extra dollies available, we were able to unload very quickly. I would not hesitate to use their storage service again. Thank You !

The store manager, Austin, was very helpful and very clearly answered all of my questions, he also gave extremely good customer service. The storage unit itself was very clean and very safe. I had no problem moving my item in. I will definitely use access storage again and will be recommending it to others as an amazing storage service.

I had a fantastic experience at Access Storage! The entire process was incredibly smooth and seamless. From start to finish, everything went perfectly, making my month-long storage experience hassle-free. Highly recommended! Apologies I forgot the name of who helped set my account up; but she was superb and great, from memory she mentioned having worked there for like 8 years. She had an bright and upbeat personality and was extremely helpful!

I’m so excited about my locker!The price is perfect and it is so big… The only complaint I have is that the elevator makes a very scary sound when you go up. That is the only complaint I have. Staff is fantastic. It’s very clear location is perfect

I stored my furniture here for almost 9 months while I was travelling and looking for a new place to live in the city. The staff are wonderful here, especially the managers. Incredibly friendly and helpful. I had to go back often to pick up stuff for myself. The space was always so clean, it almost felt like a second home. I was actually a little sad to leave the place. Highly recommend this facility.

Had a great experience renting storage at the Toronto Danforth location. Austin and Kush were able to get us the right size unit and at a promotional price. We initially were about to get a large unit but Austin recommended to get a smaller unit as we over estimated out items. Great service and didn’t sell us on things we didn’t need! Will highly recommend these guys!
