I am very satisfied with this cleaning service and will definitely call them again. I called this company at night and they were able to send me great cleaners over the next morning. They were very polite and cleaned everything on my list in the right time

We are bewildered by the unprofessionalism of this company. My sister booked these guys based on their reviews. We have to sell our house asap due to an emergency and we told them we have to have it cleaned today. They gave my sister a run around and kept changing the time on her. She was so frustrated. And the maid APRIL was so unreliable (thank goodness she didn't come) she cancelled completely. The owner Marie didn't even call my sister to tell her and when she called them she told her the service is free"!! because the maid isn't coming. Wow I hope they go out of business. I wouldn't trust a company like this ever - as they probably won't even do a good hygienic job and these days with COVID you have to be careful. And we found an excellent service doing what they were going to do for $400 for only $180. Theses guys are so overcharging it's unbelievable."

We were told that the first cleaning would have to be a deep cleaning which we agreed upon. Upon their arrival they only showed up with dust feathers and we were told that the trinkets picture frames and all surfaces would be dusted and they were not. For the price that was paid the service is not worth it. And they don’t run a vacuum underneath the bed or the coaches.Please do not pre-book more than one month you will be charged. In addition we had pre-booked the following month and they had the audacity to charge $27 when we gave them a months notice that we didn’t want the service anymore

I have used a cleaning service like this for the first time and am satisfied with the work. Leah was prompt enough to accommodate the service at our convenience. The initial cleaner did not do a good job and when addressed this we were immediately matched with another professional. This too was accommodated at our convenience.She did an amazing job and the place looked really good. I would recommend that you ask for Petronella if you're thinking of using their services. She did a great job.Happy with the service overall.

Cleaner was late for about 1 hour for the first booking, but did a decent enough job in the end. The second booking was first rescheduled, then no-show twice. In both of the no-show, I wasn't informed in advance and I had to chase the booker for updates. Terrible experience and a waste of my time.

The maid was actually very nice but the quality of work was not there. Deep cleaning typically means dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms etc. I could still see dirt and marks on the floor, one room was not mopped at all. The dusting was not done. I would never use this service again, obviously the management does not care about their staff. A deep clean should require 2 people not just 1 who worked 8 hours by herself.

Eh! Maids were the only one of three cleaning services to reply (and promptly!) to an email request for a quote on a basic house cleaning. The cleaner arrived on time and I was impressed with the amount of time, and care, she took in doing the job.I'm having them back to do a deep clean for me next month.

We had move related cleaning done . This company was very accommodating as I had to reschedule a couple of times. Maria and one more lady did the cleaning job. They were so good specially Maria. They cleaned behind all the stuff that was there and even moved everything and cleaned. This was such a huge help. My house looks like a brand new one. Can’t believe there was so much dirt everywhere. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Eh Maids! This company should not be in business. Booked them for move in cleaning. The cleaner was an hour late. I got a message saying cleaner is half an hour late. Waited and called after half an hour. No one responds right away. Then they said cleaner is 10 minutes away. Still no one one showed. I called again and they said cleaner is looking for parking. Went out to see, no one there. Finally the cleaner shows up.Worst part: booked them for a 2000 sq ft house cleaning with finished basement. Told them all together it’s 5 bedrooms and 4 washrooms. The cleaner comes in and says she only was told to clean 1 bedroom and 3 washroom. Anything extra would be charged. Called the company again and no professionalism, they told me that they will call back. Took forever to call me back. They charged me a day in advance before cleaning. The guy who made the appointment, his name is Dexter. Probably was smoking something when he took the appointment for my house. All they say is Sorry.For anyone who is relying on them to get their house cleaned. Please have a back up plan. Would not recommend their services to any of my friends or family, and to anyone who is reading this review. They should be out of business. Not punctual, unprofessional, and poor customer service.I am glad they didn’t get to clean my house. Because I am 100% sure, I would not have been happy.
