I do not recommend at all. Very malicious behavior, and lack of responsiveness. We were buyers in a situation where Robin was representing the sellers. Completed a water test for us since the seller did not want us to do it, but failed to provide the results to us which indicated that the water was not safe to drink. Too many more examples to be able to list.

Todd and Robin are the consummate professionals. When we recently sold our house, Todd said You have to paint" and we disagreed. Robin said "You need to stage" and we questioned it. With their combined experience and after painting and staging they managed to get us offers over 150% of our asking price for our home in the Durham Region. I highly recommend The Wooden Duck Real Estate Brokerage when buying or selling. Thank you for making the sale of our biggest investment very easy."

DO NOT DEAL with these people. I tried to have my agent present an offer and the run around myself and my agent got was awful. I have bought and sold many homes, never in my life have i had this run around...If you use them Proceed with Caution. I would have given 0 stars but you have to put 1
